It anybody make a reasonable contrary argument or case. We have a large enough proven historical sample now. Not sure what the heck you three have been watching while I’m watching Eagles football. Thing is…you aren’t ever going to get what’s happening if you completely turn a blind eye to the past. Best case scenario is we’ve been developing Siri as a HC and he now has been given all the basic tools he needs to thrive. No way you can appreciate any of this….if you actually think we’ve been overachieving based on his brilliance coaching so far. We’ve been underachieving is what you’re missing. I know….Hurts willed us to the playoffs along with so many other strong character competitive players Rosie has assembled under ideal ownership from Lurie. Siri started us off so far despite in the hole. Not just record of 2-5. Way behind coming out of TC. Criminally wasn’t focused on developing our franchise QB. No other place on the planet any coach gets away with that. Garbage nonexistent scheme. All that Steichen had to overcome with our guys. Moment he leaves…all you see is a smaller sample size of what Steichen showed Siri. Siri’s obsession over big plays being the biggest factor in games completely took over. Give me a break with Johnson blaming. Rumors leaked out everywhere doubting Johnson was running the O. Our organization keeps leaks as tight as any team around at that. Rewatch 2023 season. Be very educational for you to view things with a completely new understanding of everything going on. Our O was relying on Hurts and all our ideal O players to make everything happen. Commentators telling you flat out….”I don’t know what the playcall will be this next play….but it will be Hurts escaping the pressure to buy enough time for AJ or Smitty to get open downfield.

I hope Hurts new wife gives him VD and gets prego by Kaepernick, then gets his little dog chopped off by a DT week1. The O will run just fine without your god although we would lose the Tush push which is his only above average asset

It's comical. 4 seasons, 2 SB appearances....a BS field away from 2 SB wins... beating " gotta doo bed her job dare" 3 times in a row.

3 different OCs...4 different DCs...

Winning culture.

But yet complaints? Constant complaints. Dude with a much better and longer resume than both Andy and Doug coming into the job.

Neither one of those guys could rebuild a coaching staff after losing their initial guys.

OMG...we gotta trade our WR because he wore a belt and had a book. The coached yelled back at a Giants fan who interrupted his meal with his family. Gotta fire him!

Just genius takes. Best season ever , most enjoyable to watch...complaints all season. But 2021 was so enjoyable? 🤦

So much to blow out of the water with this BS. But let’s just pick one ridiculous statement out of the several here. AR can’t build a coaching staff crap. Something yes done several times. Flat factual proven track record. All a BS point you are trying to spin based on Rosie forcing his choice as DC to be fired McDermott. First time DC. Of course he’d have to grow and learn without being perfect day one ever on the job(applies to every single first time coach…even Siri). Everything played out has done nothing but proven how great a decision AR made with McDermott. Is he the greatest HC? Don’t know all about that. But so clearly a great choice to be DC? Without any shadow of a doubt.

AR was correct. Rosie was wrong. AR proven it several times in his career. Believe everybody any place but this board understands how great a DC Spags he’s chosen is now.

But sure keep spinning BS. Siri is why Hurts accomplished the impossible in 2021. AR can’t put together a decent coaching staff ever. Let’s not let facts proving several times how terribly misguided your opinion is being stretched at this point. Rosie forced AR to fire his fantastic choice as DC in McDermott….completely makes your basis for such a ridiculous claim against decades of so many examples to the contrary.

Gotta do betta see coach actually provided the perfect blueprint and game plan to beat us in 2022 SB. Dialed up the easiest possible O any QB could execute. Kelce and JuJu as the only receiving options. We had the top ranked D. Coached his team to make our top ranked incredibly talented D look incompetent. One of the greatest coaching performances in the history of football.

But let’s bash the unquestionably elite HOF coach you labeled the Bronze Standard. Guess that label actually fits uninitially…there will be a bronze bust of AR in the HOF. You’ve been so wrong for so long….the exact opposite is right.

Yet no matter how absolutely wrong a terrible an opinion is of yours…you just won’t ever acknowledge absolutely everything proving otherwise ever have you consider anything different. AR is in the discussion for being the best football coach ever. Nobody anywhere else even questions this…it’s universally understood fact the Bronze Standard from AR will be represented in the HOF. Not going to take the voters decades to just finally push him in by barely achieving this. What voter for the HOF doesn’t vote for AR from day one?

Easy. Softball topic. One of so many. AR is football greatness. Yet I endlessly get stuck here having to try and debate this such obvious point of view.

Complaints? However you describe my point of view? How was I wrong? Starting from the beggining of day one of last offseason my opinion was we will go as far as we can get based on installing Moore’s O. You complained and focused on Hurts interceptions(along with FL). It totally played out exactly like I said. Felt like needed every moment of the season to exactly get there. Siri stepped up. I’ll own me not being totally spot on with what he achieved. He went from arguing with fans about what any quality coach blocks out while playcalling….to SB winning HC. Light years of progress for him all in one season.

I knew it was inevitable we would need our O clicking to achieve greatness. I was focused on the biggest price all along…while you were busy applauding week whatever(we all know if I actually use an example of early game the whole actual conversation will be lost to you focusing on the absolute deflection from the point) regular season victory.

Was I completely misguided in my opinion the entire time since Moore was hired way back in March or whatever? How can you even attempt to spin anything different? Our O had to develop all together to exactly where Moore got them. We don’t win playoff games without our O getting to that level…much less the Lombardi.

Had to get Hurts running the O. Had to get the WR and RB all in sync with him along with the Oline. This played out exactly like my opinion basing our seasons ceiling on how far Moore could get us. Talk about every playoff game played out we needed it. But the SB was so glaringly obviously exactly what I stated way back in March proving true. Saquan didn’t have big game pressure experience. He choked in the SB(icing the ATL game week two dropping such and easy catch was foreshadowing this from the beggining). Our success came down to Hurts and our O audibling and adjusting. Two games three of our big plays were confirmed Hurts audibles setting them up.

Can’t fathom opinions believing we would have won it all by just handing off to the Offensive Player of the Year. Alltime rushing greatness choked missing holes going for only a pathetic 2 yards a carry. Didn’t bust a single run even.

No idea how I’m alone watching that SB victory understanding how we completely had to rely on everybody else but the greatness of Saquan failing that day. Exactly all I was saying the entire time. We’d need to develop other options. Played out as glaringly obvious as it could have. Our O going all the other things like they did besides hand off to Saquan is how we hosted the parade. No version it happens otherwise.

I’ll give you me questioning and doubting whether we were actually developing in Moore’s O far enough getting there. I knew all along that was key to our ceiling of success.

"I knew it was inevitable we would need our O clicking to achieve greatness." LMFAO, well DUHHHHHHHHH. But the D actually destroyed KC game or did you miss that part? DeJeans pick 6 just took away all the fight they had left

You gotta understand coming from my shoes. I already knew the entire time we were going to need all that at the end. You and FL loved our reliance on Saquan. It was fantastic. But that wasn’t ever going to be enough. So I dealt with the burden of having the understanding the entire year what it was going to take. We weren’t showing signs of progressing in those areas until I identify as the last possible moment. We did it…then Hurts got injured. Then it all completely was unleashed in the playoffs.

Don’t want to take anything away from our D. Exact opposite from the previous SB. Gannon’s guys completely crumbled. Couldn’t cover or tackle even. Fantastic players across the D looking pathetic. Fangio wasn’t letting AR just make things so easy. Not going to rely on one TE over and over completing wide open easy completions. Mahomes completed every pass in a row for how many throws straight? Felt like 30. With only two or three even being contested catches. Any QB could have done that.

But yes. Absolutely the D rocked it!

What stands out...is 2023 idea of getting a comp pick...and that's why they hired the OC who wasn't good enough

Who even knows what he can do? No version he was running his O and making the decisions. Nobody under Siri has been free of the struggle of Siri thwarting every one of their opportunity to achieve.

But in a way yes…we are always completely relying on our OC with this HC for success. That’s going to endlessly be our largest obstacle to face.

Just the worst 4 years in franchise history.

2021 impossible achievements by our franchise leader forever shaped our successful organization.

Our Championship season was stressful on me because of my understanding of what we would need to achieve it. Being capable of blowing the doors of the Chiefs attempt to Three Peat like we proved….and not accomplishing it would have haunted me.

Not so sure even this opinion of yours is very strong. Huge reach of overconfidence basing the OC at that time on granting a comp pick.

Johnson was very respected by many. Much talk about him being considered by other teams for their OC jobs. It was believed we’d lose him most likely if he wasn’t promoted.

What stands out is Siri completely believes in himself. He has fought and stated very plainly how he believes in his O.

The other guys executed the tush push last year just fine

Imagine a guy 4 years in the league making playoffs each year, 2 SBs...winning one. Imagine he believes in himself. Wow...what a concept?

Siri was forced to give up control of the O to Steichen. He wasn’t going to survive otherwise. Rumors everywhere leaking that Siri was being himself controlling his O after our SB season. Even after the largest complete meltdown by any O I can remember to end 2023. Rosie and Lurie were clear as day having Siri stay on for 2024 as a CEO coach that had to relinquish the O. Even after that….Siri fought back for control the first presser after Moore was hired. I mean who is it you think Siri actually is?

I mean who is it you think Siri actually is?

the most successful head coach in franchise history.
