The Offensive scheme after the Bye was much more a product of Stoutland and Hurts than it was a product of Moore. We will be just fine.

Ham, over and over again you repeat the fact that you don’t understand how successful CEOs operate. They surround themselves with people who are better than they are in key operational and tactical areas … and then empower those people to go out and do great things while the CEO tends to and builds the culture of the organization.

The collapse of 2023 was not an X’s and O’s Problem. It was a culture problem and Sirianni went into the 3024 Offseason knowing that he had to focus much much more of his time and effort on that culture.

Moore and Fangio were better than Sirianni on the X’s and O’s. He hired them and empowered them to go out and do great things. As a result the Eagles got to have their cake and eat it too … great onfield play and great culture.

Yeah…Siri was so terrible they forced Moore on him which worked out all in all. So he gets his promotion if Patullo…Pedey didn’t get Taylor.

I’d prefer Taylor over Patullo. But we’ll see how well Patullo understudied with Moore that whole season.

Different situation with Pedey actually being an O mind versus…the guy just got paid
