So serious question. If Dickerson was being beaten like stepchild(and he admits he was a liability) why was he not pulled? Where was the coaching staff??? I mean he repeatedly got smacked and they left him in anyhow

easier to see on film afterwards... and to get the backup in there after week of practice.

The year Manning blew up in Denver... my opponent ( my father in law) for week 1... Thursday game .... he had Manning, D Thomas and someone else on Denver... I was already down like 100 points... it was hilarious.

If I remember(long time ago). I would guess 2018 or 19 around there when Mahomes threw 6 TD's and like 500 yards LOL and I forgot which RB he had, but they went off too for huge yards and multiple TD's and my gloating was all for nothing. Made my happy arse eat crow LOL. I learned back then not to eff with Karma cause you will lose that battle every time🤣

I agree with this. Tank need touches as RB2. Sorry still not a Shipley fan, but I am a heavy Tank fan. Tired of seeing an excellent player being ignored over and over. He needs the opportunity to showcase his talent

OT-HAHA looking at this pic. Used to have a hard body from work. I had to load my 26 ft box truck with linens. Steel carts full of sheets wrapped 20 to a bundle, weighed over 1500 pounds each. Ten to 15 of those per day. I had to rock those back the push the cart onto the liftgate, then raise the liftgate while holding it with 1 arm. The guy I replaced was twice my size. I was 170 pounds. I had fun going into various bars (off time) and some places guys would arm wrestle for beers. I mean these were 250-300 pounders. So, I said ok I'll try it. They all laughed until we got the GO order. Then their eyes got big when they realized they were going to lose to me. Only 2 of them could beat me but they got the fight of their lives. One drunk guy was pestering this girl(my GF). I grabbed his neck and picked him up off the ground and put him on the wall. His feet were a foot off the floor. He never bugged her again LOL. AH the good old days. I could leg press 450 and do 10 reps. Now I'm lucky if I can lift my soup spoon LOL(sheet). I was always a nice guy, but no one would mess with me. Tough job I had for 22 years, then I had the chance to buy into RPS package delivery(which became Fed-Ex Ground as you know it today). Lots of heavy lifting there too. Pity going deaf forced me into retirement at 46. I was making good money too. UGH. Life happens, sadly not all of it is good. . Dan Marinos cousin

Now back to football. I'm looking for a few things this game. 1) more use of Tank 2) Seeing if Hurts can read the whole field. We have weapons everywhere there is no excuse for not finding windows to throw into, although I suspect we lean on the running game as usual. Good game for Mannion to try some new sets and play calls 3) Avoid the multiple 3 and outs. There is no excuse this offense can't get 10 yards in 3 plays 4) In the heat we got wasted in TB that one game. Should have less humidity in this one but it will be hot. Great time to use rotational pieces and I don't care if they toss in 3rd stringers for a play or 2. With our 3 RB's we can grind their D into paste. Kendall may need relief through this game and we need to give Hurts time. very doable. They have a few good players and i want to see those guys shut down. We need to punish Pollard and make Cam throw. If we do we could see pick city. We play well away and the fans are definitely going to turn this place green. I love our fan base. 5) could be a nice "coming out" game for Wicks and maybe Lemon. I'm seriously expecting TD's and no FG's. It's a game where we need to fine tune a bit to get ready for the Bears. But let's win this one convincingly. Bears game going to be tough(I have that as a loss but always a great game vs Chicago/Indiana) so this tune up game means a lot to Mannion. The training wheels come off for him

So Hollywood is unhappy riding pine. Can't blame him, so we should trade him for more O line depth or maybe another S.

I'm curious to see what the Birds do on the OL. Do they have Kendall play LG or Jurgens? They still haven't announced this, keeping their cards close to the vest. I'm not a fan of changing two positions for the obvious reason that you now have the possibility of two vulnerabilities. Kendall never played guard in a regular season football game, whereas Jurgens has that experience. Kendall was exclusively a C in college, as was Jurgens I believe. I'm interested to see what they decided.
