The O line is not as good as it was 2 years ago but I think it is still above average.

Barkley does not look like the same runner. He doesn’t seem to attack the hole like he did prior. Yes, i know…..the "holes” are smaller or non existent. Just an observation. Agree or disagree is ok.

Missing AJ Brown IS a problem! I love Smith. He is even better than i expected. AJ Brown is a PRESENCE at WR that is just different. It is what it is. But he is missed on the offense.

Now, the WR screen pass with THIS group of WRs needs to absolutely be thrown out of the playbook! You do NOT have blocking receivers to make that play work. Ertz BARELY touched the guy! Laughable for a "block.”

Defense. Oh man, that EFFORT last night was Unbearable. Pun intended! Campbell can’t cover and is out of place on run plays. The busted coverages were just awful by so many defenders. 🙈

Oh, Dan Marino would have thrown for more than 200 yards in ALL those games Hurts did not. Just saying.

Finally, this team is NOT that talented. The eye test says they are average…..aka, hard to watch.

I will watch every game and every play at least twice. I LOVE the Eagles! I am SOOOOO glad they won a Super Bowl. I notice I don’t get so upset like before. Haha. Well, I guess I should say, Me being pissed off about a loss goes away sooner. 😎

Nothing wrong with Wicks, the problem is Hurts needs to find him. When you are waving your arms like AJ did and Hurts can't locate people the problem is not with the WR. Missing AJ is not the problem. Lemon needs to run the slot not be a backfield screen piece. The play calls are still VANILLA and predictable, just a different brand of vanilla. So far all we have done is add motion to a vanilla offense. A scoop vs soft serve is still vanilla. Hurts once again is not finding open receivers and he could use a bit more time, but we know why that is. As far as Bark, he's not going to do the screen play well either, his style is off tackle gaps. The issue there is our Oline can't get him to level 2 which is where he excels

I saw news from a bunch of Mickey Mouse media outlets about Sirianni getting fined 50K for abusive language towards the refs for making Hurts come out to be evaluated after the out of bounds hit. Another said it was for abusive language towards the Bear's LB who delivered the hit LOL. So of course I was prompted to research the main outlets. On NFLN and NBC Philly just an article that Sirianni regrets his actions.

If anyone finds clarification will you please pass it on?

If I was Siri, I would not be apologizing. He had every right to be miffed. Hurts popped right up and showed no ill affects from the LATE hit. Hurts was in the tent and the concussion guy was NOT, he had to wait for him(why he was peeking out the tent). In the meantime Dalton tossed the pick. The hit was also late(go look at it again.) I'd take the fine and fly them the bird, but I'd be damned if I apologized for protecting my QB(as mediocre as he may be he is still our QB),team and ruining the game flow. We were ready to score

As I would also. FU again. The hit was deliberate. Not just momentum. No signs of trying to pull back.

Kenny Moore was signed from the practice squad to the active roster. Maybe a replacement for Epps?

I would bench Campbell for Trot.

My confidence level for this Rams (massacre? lol) game is like 10%. But ugh…I don't have it in me to go against our Eagles! So with that being said here we go LOL:

@mattwill Eagles 27 Rams 20.

Q pick-6, Ertz TD

Didn’t Barkley have like 11 carries for 70 something yards in the first half? Then just stopped running after halftime had like 4 carries the rest of the game.

Maybe he has lost a step but was still super productive first half then we just stopped running

LMAO OBJ is available

Jurgens blocked for Barkley pretty well last night. Obviously 6 hurries allowed isn't great... idk if it's time to swap him with Steen... I'm surprised that wasn't the initial move?

Cam Jurgens allowed a team-high four pressures and earned a very poor pass-blocking grade of around 7.9 out of 100 in the Philadelphia Eagles' 27-7 loss to the Chicago Bears on September 28, 2026.

Come On. He sucked. Admit it

  • PFF Rankings: According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), Jurgens is currently ranked 63rd out of 73 qualified guards (some sources note him dropping as low as 68th or 69th depending on the exact snap filter). [1, 2, 3]

  • Overall PFF Grade: He possesses an overall PFF grade of 48.9 (or 46.9 depending on automated updates). [1, 2]

  • Pass-Blocking Woes: His pass-blocking rating is an abysmal 32.2, illustrating just how much he has been a liability when protecting the quarterback. [1]

What does that have to do with run blocking to completely different parts of the game. Obviously struggled as a pass blocker. Cam is also playing on the left side which he has never done and playing G which has hasn’t play in 3 years( and again was a RG not LG).

His run-blocking grade of 62.1 ranked 35th at the position. Out of 73 graded players so top half of his position.

So we have guy who has played LG for 2 weeks now struggling as a pass protector( which should have been expected from a guy who has never played LG before ever or on the left side for that matter) while still being a pretty good run blocker

FWIW- we are the only team in the NFL with no take aways. We are also the only NFL team not to score first 1/4 points

And we are still 2nd worst team in 3 and outs after being the worst team last year.

But again that was all KPs fault the guy we scapegoated

Just things that are disturbing. I gave Patullo time since it was a new job for him, but he never got much better. Giving Mannion the same leeway for the same reason. He needs to start picking things up. It's disturbing Fangio got beat like a step child by a 3rd string QB. I'm not going to rehash it all over again. Rams will take us apart also, after that "learning experience" things could start looking better. We all know it starts with the lines. Some undisciplined penalties also, needs cleaned up

Didn't i say his pass blocking was bad? You know that run blocking is a different thing altogether right?

I heard Lampkin was a stud.... in preseason vs guys who aren't currently in the NFL.

The Emmanuel Acho of this August right?

Yet still couldn't get in over Kendall. Wonder why?

Bears game on September 28, 2026, are part of a broader seasonal context where his overall run-blocking grade sits at 62.1 (ranking 35th among qualified guards earlier in the stretch) and around 55.5 on the broader 2026 season

Are you really gonna defend average run blocking to justify piss poor pass blocking?

Good lord you guys are starting to look like Ham and his irrational defense of Hurts

No but I’m going to defend the comment that mentioned his run blocking that you just randomly put in pass blocking acting like pass blocking so the only part of being an OL

Jurguens 100% needs to be monitored but again this is his 2nd game EVER playing LG. Him having some struggles early should have been expected it’s how does he look moving forward he continues to struggle without improving then yes we 100% needs to adjust but again been 2 weeks.

And again he is in the top half of the league as a run-blocker he is 35th as you pointed out of 73 players and will likely only improve the more comfortable he gets playing on the left side

We tend to have the Rams number every time we play them pretty sure we are like 4-0 or 5-0 against the Rams under Siri.

I don't know what to expect after losing to a 3rd string QB(who in fairness should be a 2 somewhere). Nacua could also play, although I doubt they even need him with Adams playing so well. Rams are solid everywhere on O and their pass rush is better than Chicagos

We both had better pray that the swinging gate at LG doesn't het Hurts Killed before he gets it figured out

That would end the season judging what we've seen from the backups

Don’t have a ton of faith in Hurts to figure it out to begin with has never shown he can be a consistent passer not sure why we think he is all of a sudden going to figure it out now.

Unfortunately I already seen this year as being a down season for us in the 9-8 10-7 range.

The passing game has been the same the last 4 seasons. Wasn’t good with Johnson, Moore, KP, and it’s early but signs not looking great for it this season under Mannion.
