Hurts should be traded immediately 😂 Obviously another bad decision to sign Hurts long term

A whole roster full of hungry guys that believed in each other that wouldn’t quit or take no for an answer. So we won a SB with a less talented team than we have now? It wasn't the all star must have HC either, no elite QB,average WR's,average RB's,but somehow this team only wins 10 games?
July 19, 20241 yr Author 5 minutes ago, cunninghamtheman said: Very quality well thought out question If you look at AR's record here, nothing really wrong with it. He kept us hanging around kind of like Dullaz does now. Owners want titles for what they invest in and other times you have to clean house and start over. If that means EVERYONE,then you do it and hope you learned from it
July 19, 20241 yr Kellen Moore: In his previous three seasons as a coordinator, rookies and second year players were either Week 1 starters, they rode the bench, or they played their way out of a role as the season progressed. No one worked their way into a starting or heavy contributor role purely on merit.

Perfect Qb coach, OC and HC setup on O

Do we need tweaks and better players in a few places? Sure we always do,as do other teams, but yeah I would say we are in a SB window for at least 2 years.10 games with this talent isn't going to cut it in the FO

July 19, 20241 yr Author https://larrybrownsports.com/football/kellen-moore-leaving-chargers-oc-nfc-contender-eagles/627738 Just AWFUL 18th ranked offense with a boatload of injuries who brought Justin Herbert into the limelight(not exactly an experienced veteran)

Feels like decisions were always premade on players would be my concern. If Jerruh didn’t demand they are given every opportunity to start…they weren’t a factor.

This is where you are missing some very key elements. Having the talent to start is only part of what’s needed to do the job.

Most rookies and year 2 players are still developing. if the talent is not there, they should not play same as every damn team in the league. He was forced to use them due to injuries, when those players came back, they started again. The rooks did not "play their way" out of a job. That's absurd

Any coach in the league that can't develop players won't have a job very long. They can only bring out the best in every rook they get. This could take 2 months or 2 years,or never materialize. What year is Hurts in and why is he not farther along? Everything starts with talent, then you have to deal with characters and egos, then you have to get all the players on the same page, but without talent you are dead in the water
July 19, 20241 yr Author Why do you "buy" players in FA? because they have more talent than guys you have?

July 19, 20241 yr What are the statistics in the amount of audibles? I constantly bring those up. I'm just a stat guy. I constantly bring up stats to pump up my QB. I'm all about stats. Gotta get those fantasy points with those rushing stats.
