And he discusses everything with a Rosie. Exactly why I believe they realized they couldn’t get the real coach they wanted this offseason. So they had to formulate a one year temporary plan..instead of drastically hiring Bellicheat.

You live in your own world .... just like similar with Ziggy and Lane...and the Saints trade not being a steal

Howie gave up his part once....to Chip...how did that work out and why would Lurie go back there?

Maybe Belicheat wanted more control than Lurie was willing to give and Belicheat was not that hot after Brady left

Not a steal,it was a Rape and Shellacking LOL

Pick 18 is better than pick 19 ..... Eagles won that

Pick 101 is better than pick 194 .... Eagles won that

Saints got pick 16  for .....  2022 pick # 237     2023  1st round pick   ... 2024 2nd round pick.

It's pick 16, not pick 5 .... middle of the round to a mediocre team... who really should have had the pick in top 7 if it wasn't for fluke play.   Then a 2nd round pick .... plus a throw in for pick 237.

You do that trade EVERY YEAR.... you cancel out the 2 first round picks.... swap the 6th for the 7th ..... and you get an extra 2nd and 3rd rounder.     If you do that every year... you end up with a extra 2nd and 3rd rounders for eternity.... while always having your first round pick

The trade was a steal..... you had a hard on against it because you were so obsessed with the idea it was ONLY done to potentially replace Hurts.

All F#@#$ing year.... bad trade, we could have had a rookie S... (not even taking into consideration that we wouldn't have then trade for CGJ)    Annoying us all year with this " I'm not a sheep"  no kidding... if the rest of us walked across the bridge, you would jump in the water because the majority can't ever be right!

Only second to years of Ziggy should have been the first pick over Lane.  " Hey remember that first game vs the Chiefs, Lane gave up some sacks...etc"   That was you argument for years.  Maybe you can call up Ziggy and carpool to Lane's hall of fame induction?

We get it, you don't like the coach... now spare us the year long annoyance.  It's not a good look.

I think they just discussed football with BB.... I don't ever think anything was to hire him.   you get a feel for philosophy... he has experience knowing people around the league etc.

As they brought up.... (but Ham can't read for some reason)   Siri brought in the good group of coaches with him... a young guy, not easy to replace 2 coordinators without being around the league long.  Moore is specifically Siri's choice... he can let him do things without a babysitter, and he brings different things, which Siri said things were stale.  The issue with promoting everyone from within... Siri wanted fresh ideas.

But of course... it doesn't fir the Ziggy Ansah agenda.

The I called it's would be tolerable... if it didn't come with the obnoxiousness and refusal to admit any wrong.

The league parity the NFL wanted is coming to fruition. Very hard to have a "dynasty" now. Being consistent takes alot more work now

I like Moore,ALOT. He will force Hurts to play the QB position as a passer. I love Hurts as a runner, but if he is going to be here for a duration,he needs to pass the ball or hand it off to increase his longevity. Moore will show him how to do new things and as far as I am concerned that is great for Hurts and the Eagles.Moore remembers the "air Coryelle" days of old. He brought out alot of good things with Herbert who had to perform with WR's injured. So I am looking forward to Hurts using tools he isn't used to using on plays he isn't used to running, but if he can master those he will be back in the MVP discussion and not just because we had an easy schedule

I hope Hurts gets this ONE thing down if nothing else. Pocket presence. Hurts is really bad at this.He has super strong legs and can stand his ground. Nothing wrong with a hop back one or side step to buy time or to take 2 steps sideways to see a blocked passing lane. You can do all this within the pocket without panicking and taking off. I really want to see this happen. You can't be a statue but you can move in the pocket without losing your mind

QBs on top teams are always in the discussion.    The 226 yards passing a game is tolerable in today's passing league... if the team is winning and the offense is controlling the ball.  Hurts has been a top ten passer ratings wise the first 13 weeks of the last 3 seasons....  drops down to 20 the last 5 weeks.  But it's harder to pass in the weather... so I'm not too concerned.  The offense as a whole, I think should be better this year.  I think the game should be managed better... clock management etc.  The coach no longer having to babysit the OC during the games should help.  We saw it in 2022, even though you were obsessed with running up the score instead of keeping the opposing offense off the field... I look forward to more of those debates soon.

I really want the step out of bounds to take a 2 yard sack to go away.  Flick the ball forward.

Bark can do the slow grind with Shipley in relief. I'm not against ball control, what I am against is getting too conservative too soon. We lose some games doing that because it's hard to get "hot" again once you cool off

"ride the momentum" what I mean when I say run up the score. Do it while you can. When I say 31 PPG it's an average not expected every game, but if you look 31 PPG wins many of those. Like you can be a millionaire if you just shoot par on a golf course every time

THE OWNER IS ALL TAT MATTERS... THE OWNER LIKES THE COACH.... THE OWNER LIKES other attributes than " offensive genius"

The owner already had a bad experience with " offensive genius" ... the owner has had good success with CEO type coaches. guys that run the entire ship, not just locked away in the room with the pocket protectors designing plays.

The owner prioritizes the O. Only looks to hire an O for the HC job…every time. He decided on the plan needed to be focus on development and building a D under Fangio. The coach that should be here more long term. So he can float this boat until any real quality HC can be brought in. Sad when you consider this was most likely the plan at DC last year with the hiring of Desai. He was just here to get by for one season to bridge the gap between Gannon and Fangio….without changing up personnel too much.

I'm hoping he sees the slot guy for those. The slot spot can be a great tool to rescue a bad play.(Amendola/Edelman)

As a TE I was used like this, although that was back when dinosaurs roamed the earth LOL. I was mainly the "go to" guy when a play broke down

Let's also recall that Howie was gun shy about taking skill position D players in drafts. He always went with cheap FA's. He never gave Schwartz much to work with. Expected miracles with little talent. Now it seems Howie "gets it". He broke the mold and draft history. Maybe now he will do the same at LB next time around. HC, DC, OC won't matter without talent,Good players make coaches look good.It starts there-with talent

Which gamed have we lost doing that?   We almost lost games by giving Washington a chance to tie both tomes last year...and there was Dallas as well.

There is difference when you talk results vs the method.    The ball moving is one thing... my point is they didn't eat up clock last year as they were doing it with leads.  How fast you snap the ball... the play call, taking a short sack to keep time moving instead of incomplete before the punt..etc.

These little things they didn't do last year...made the defense have to go back out on the field a few unnecessary times

IMO you don't start the 2 minute drill with 12 minutes left or midway through the 3rd 1/4

Which head coach called offensive plays before coming here?

It's 2024... you keep obsessing with 2023.... move on.
