Already told you the answer. The answer is we evaluated everything and didn’t want to lose Moore to be poached by another team. We appreciate all that Siri has done for the organization but we just felt it was in the team’s best interests to keep this O rolling under Moore system. He has earned everything since he was hired and we are happy to announce his promotion.

LOL... dream world.    We don't want to lose a guy that our HC hired?

So now Moore hires an " O mind"  .. they fire Moore because they don't want to lose that guy?  And the cycle continues... they keep firing HCs to promote OCs?

If that makes you happy... I would agree he will be here for 3-5 years before he retires... most likely the new head coach would keep him.  Same with Stout

Yes... .the O side. 

They fail in 2024... they get a coach that keep Fangio and Stout and brings in his guys...Siri and Moore out

they succeed in 2024.... either they run it back as is... or chance Moore gets hired as HC elsewhere, then the Eagles would get a new OC.

Steichen was running Siri’s O. I don’t think Siri has much of a job anymore. QB, , DC…Siri himself have all struggled answering any question revolving around what it is Siri will be doing for his job. We just know it has a 30,000 foot view.

You really are trying to pass off Moore as Siri’s hire? The guy that got multiple interviews got the HC job the same time as Siri did. The number two choice, might add mostly because Siri had Gannon in place. Gannon is gone. Fangio is in place…either way. So that leading factor for Siri no longer applies. But your version is the FO runner up HC behind Siri …was actually the top choice made by Siri to take over his failed O? I mean I can’t even type your weak theory with any sort of straight face.

Did Siri have the relationship with the first round pick's college coach in 2022... or was that this year?   Just trying to see other than your dislike ...personally that you have, what difference in any function do you see now?

Who was Siri’s main competition for our HC job? It was Kellen Moore. How is this hard for you to see and recognize? Siri didn’t just get everything stripped from him and then beg to hire Kellen Moore please. C’mon man!

Siri’s clear selling point to win the HC job was bringing Steichen and  Gannon with him. His trump cards now no longer apply.

Again... the sell.... Lurie and Howie have said from jump... Moore was Nick's first choice.  We gave him the opportunity and $$$ to get any coordinator.... that's their sell.  They can't then turn around and fire him after success...and then hire the guy they are saying Siri brought in.

I think they absolutely make Siri do the leg work... they want to see his ideas of how to change things.... they agreed with his ideas... unlike Doug.   If they disagreed... then he will be out.

I’m just open minded but can process the multiple scenarios playing out. See even though I’m not a fan of Moore doesn’t give me such a mental block that I can’t process correlating having success being because of him. Is he my choice? No. But he’s here. So if the number two choice for HC in 2021 succeeds running his O in 2024 here…then he should be promoted instead of losing him to a poacher. My guy would be Slowik at this moment to takeover in 2025. But I’m not forcing my agenda on things so much to ignore the other possible however unlikely scenarios.

Yeah left fielder thinking Siri begged to bring in his top competitor as OCthat the FO interviewed multiple times for his job he got in the first place…..now after stripping Siri of power after he lost the team. Brilliant!
