So... not interesting enough to actually watch a whole game.   🤔

You are correct, the league is star driven, but in so being "star" has supplanted "team" to the point of ludicrous where stars now dictate personnel moves.  It might be a lazy take, but here it is... when you have a star driven league, rather than a franchise driven league, fans will come and go with the stars rise and fall.  Franchises don't have the loyalty of their fans, and players don't have any loyalty to franchises either.

The high water mark appears to coincide with Lebron's 'The Decision' and his time in Miami.  And since then... the league's primetime viewership has dropped dramatically.

This is a good description of why the NIL portal world College Football has entered is going to F up traditional loyalties.

Bench him already, Ewers is so average

Tonight's game appears to be postponed to tomorrow.

Interesting to see Sewell ranked so lowly on both scales.

Anyone else concerned about Hurts going into the playoffs without playing in almost 3 weeks? I think I would have liked to see him play with the starters (minus Saquon) for at least a quarter against the Giants.

Bummer that Cameron Williams OT for Texas isn’t playing today

Not me in terms of needing snaps.  More concerned he remains in the concussion protocol as of today.

As long as he can practice and get good reps in with AJ and Smitty then okay with it

He has to practice in order to get cleared from the protocol. There hasn’t even been a practice this week.

resting everyone, it is the correct decision

I disagree.  Its the safe decision.

Absolutely disgraceful decision by Sirianni.  Disrespects Barkley, the oline and the organization.  If they don't win the Super Bowl then he needs to go.

I think he went to Saquon and got his input and based on what we have seen from Saquon he probably put the team and the goal of winning a Super Bowl above the record.

Yup.   That would be an ideal draft choice for this team.  Instant impact.

Serious question  … given Fangio’s light boxes, how would the edge be set by a bending DE like Carter?

Nolan Smith is small but a good edge setter. All depends on the player.

You’re pretty delusional if you think this was his decision alone

That's true.   But, he can also be the fall guy.  Chris Carter said everyone in the NFL needs one.

I'm a little worried about the long break and the possibility of starting slow in a wildcard game

If Hurts isn't out of the concussion protocol then he obviously can't play but they could put in one of the backups

Hurts trending on not returning this season at this point.  A lot of people here are about to get their wish.

Again you jump to conclusions by not using your brain.
