As did another Elliott missed FG - he needs to be better.

I was going to say this if Elliot doesn't miss the 50 yard kick we at least go to overtime

I brought this up yesterday after the game. It wasn’t just short kicks. Guys took awful angles and/or just didn’t get off blocks

A 10.5 line is absolutely wild…regardless of Hurts’ status.

Unless there’s some information that we don’t have, like they’re shutting CeeDee down for the year or something like that, I just don’t see where that line is justified.

Watched the game Sunday. As much as I hate watching Hurts dance around, take sacks, constantly take too long and run too much.  The Eagles aren't going to win with Kenny at the helm. I see why Pitt sat and traded him. Best hope is that Hurts gets back and he slides instead of being aggressive when he doesn't have to.

Was driving from Dallas to Santa Fe yesterday so I just listened to the broadcast.  They kept talking about how the cold temps were affecting the distance.  Make sense.  Harder ball, less bounce off the foot.

I will say, there are a couple people on my FB feed blaming this loss on...Jalen Hurts?

At some point, just admit you hate the guy irrationally.

Im not even a huge jalen guy and was like....pretty sure we win by 17 if he's still in. When i think of this team without jalen....noodle arm with midget hands isn't who I have in mind.  If this game did anything, it shows jalens ability to extend 2-3 drives a game with his legs makes a difference for the entire team.

If Packers and Commies have the same record at the end of the season, the Commies will be the 7th seed.

No, that’s not true. Every Packers loss has been in conference. Two of Commanders losses were AFC teams. Commanders have the conference record tiebreaker.

Shorter kicks were an issue due to weather. But their coverage was also terrible. Guys took poor angles, missed tackles and guys just not getting off blocks. Add in penalties on a kickoff or two.

They would be crazy not to shut CeeDee down. I understood playing him last night as he practiced all week and Dallas was still alive. Now? He hurt his should worse and they're eliminated. What exactly are they playing for? Playing hurt veterans is dumb.

They deserve the Mora hotel treatment

Should Saquon's drop been reviewed?  Seems like he had the catch laying on his butt and once touched should have been ruled down.  I was free streaming it so couldn't rewind to take another look

It appears to me it should have been ruled a catch and down by contact, all before he rolled over and then lost control.

That's something the Patriots would have done a few years ago.

NFL flexing Sunday's game because they know either:

1) hurts is playing

2) lamb is not playing

3) both of the above

It should be a relatively easy victory

The Vikings Packers game is much better and more consequential.

No. He bobbled it going to the ground and never maintained possession.

Sorry for not being clearer. Uzomah was strictly a blocker. We ran a few pistol alignments but no I formation. Not strictly a FB but certainly a blocking back.

I understood.  But, I'd rather have a true FB in that role than a converted TE... as you've pointed out, most TEs can't block worth anything.   But, also in terms of alignment, I don't think I saw him used once as a traditional FB would be from an alignment standpoint.    I don't remember him lining up in the backfield even once.  He was always a wingback type position on the end of the line.  Maybe I missed it though.

Can you imagine how many flags would have been out if Mahomes was hit like that?

and somehow he would hurt his ankle on the play instead of a concussion so he can miraculously come back in the game.

He needs to start faking a different injury at the end of the season. This is getting lazy - like when sitcom writers recycle old plot lines.

Tank dell torn his acl and dislocated his kneecap + other damage.

that’s gonna be some recovery
