If Hurts were to be out a game with a week to prepare, I would take Mckee over Pickett.  Mid game replacement, go for the guy that has thrown hundreds of passes in the league already.

I heard the opposite about the pocket. I remember him saying he was a great pocket QB but teams want to get him out and scrambling because he’s not great with that. I only remember this because it was a blog debate a month or two ago and I thought it would ruffle some feathers.

I could have misheard I guess… but I’m pretty sure I didn’t

No one likes deep speed more than me. But Devonta gets open deep a lot and the 3rd wr basically isn’t a position in this offense.  I dont think we throw enough for that to matter.

The 3rd WR in the last few seasons were for blocking purposes.  Deep speed was not in focus.  The passes are going to the top 2 WRs, the TE gets some.  Not much left for anyone.  If you a have a top racing car, it does not do you anything when it is always in the garage.

Greg Olsen has always sucked, fans have complained about him in prior games.

Daniels is the flavor of the month QB for the talking heads to hype up, and a lot of these former players absolutely hate Philly and their bias shows.

I don’t really get the Olsen hate. He was annoying but of course he’s going to play up the underdogs going blow for blow with one of the best teams in the NFL.

Playing up is one thing but he was just flat out wrong several times yesterday and laughingly so.

I usually don’t get too up in arms about wanting to face a specific team in the playoffs, but it has to be Washington now. That’s the rules after yesterday and their reaction to that win. Bring them to The Linc in three weeks and put a bullet in their season to send them home. If they can’t get up for that game then they were never winning the Super Bowl anyway. I want that matchup again. Even if this year doesn’t result in a Super Bowl win, I would take extreme pleasure and view it as a consolation that we sent Washington home in embarrassing fashion.

Olsen: Commodius is awesome, look at this comeback. He was outmatched early but he’s got his footing now.

Davis: How can this be happening, it’s preposterous!

Kenny will predictably give us below average QB play, which is likely enough against DAL/NYG and is probably better off the bench due to his experience.  McKee is basically an unknown, with the only thing we know for certain being that he has a better arm (much better really) - but he could be terrible. His best shot would be prepped as a starter.

Ready for more Olsen?

I don't hear enough people say how smart of a player Jalen Carter is reading what the offensive line is doing.

Ugh.  They sounded like the Washington hometown announcers last game - they better not try to pull that at the Linc.

Imagine a bunch of huge NFL linemen with samurai swords

Not sure that’s the best stat the Eagles should be announcing - basically shows how inconsistent the position has been throughout the franchise’s history.

Why wouldn't they celebrate an achievement of a current player?

Also, the social media team are young kids who just post outfits and trends, we're lucky they post anything about football at all.

He did it again yesterday, where he tried to intercept a clocked ball - next level.
