This would Fing suck. The Netflix broadcast blows. The NFL is being ruined bit by bit.

In 20 years there will be no more outdoor football, Super Bowls and teams will be in Europe, and every game will be on a separate streaming service. And fans don't have enough gumption to say "Enough" and stop giving them money to make them think twice.

The quality of the stream was nice on Netflix. I have no loyalty to who is the broadcasting team. I wish we could mute them. My complaint would be that Netflix would increase their price again after getting SNF

How about they just lose Cris Collinsworth. He is the absolute WORST announcer in football. I have to put on the SAP broadcast when he's on.

If Netflix wins this, NBC has no use for Collinsworth as their entire football division will be gutted. Guess whose is the first door the Red N is knocking on

NFL licensing probably. They don’t want people using their logos or property for outside things

Here's the video. I took it as (i) they did talk to Jalen (and other players) about these things and (ii) the leaks didn't come from the top (Howie, Jeff or Nick). So pushing back on the narrative they go through the media. The "not hiding" comment.

I just think the lack of an endorsement was the biggest thing. Also admitting they aren’t direct and honest with players was weird. The second half of the answer felt like it was spin to deflect the heat elsewhere.

It sure sounds like the article was mostly true though.

I didn’t get that in his body language. I think he came across as trying to be civil to the authors in the room. I read that as the staff talk to the players and that he thought the piece was driven by what sells and that is unfortunate. I read disdain for the report in his body language.

A lot of it was stuff that's been said since the beginning like Hurts wanting things a certain way

I took his comment about 'what sells' is he's obviously not a fan of the drama that type of article creates which is understandable

I think his syntax was wrong. I think what he was saying one of their faults is NOT (as in it's not one of their faults) and that they ARE direct and honest with their players.

His answer was too locked in on the report and ignored the actual question about what Hurts' standing is.

23 is a bad spot. I think they want Freeling or Proctor but they will be gone and Howie won't be able to trade up high enough to get them. Hope someone like Sadiq falls or they only have to trade up one or two spots to get him.
