Is that draft prospects looking at who is in the top 5 or wherever they're thinking they're going to get drafted and decide to stay in college because they don't like the team? Or is it because they're getting paid more now because of NIL?

I would say more so the NIL. Some players could decide to come back because of the teams at the top. I don't know this for sure but with the Jets picking at 2, I believe that's why Moore went back to Oregon.

True. Tuned in late last game and we were down by 15+ already. Only got worse even though Boston played the funky white boys a lot.

It would have been interesting to see how we matched up against them if Maxey didn't have a messed up finger. His 3 point shot is gone. With it, we might have won 2 games and lost in 6, maybe 5. Get the brooms out...

With all the stuff I'm reading, the chatter, and the rumors I'm really starting to think this weekend the Eagles add some new young players to the roster. Follow me for more draft insight.

Big if true

Britt Hager.

@NOTW did your sources tell you offense or defense will be the sole focus of the draft?

All specialists. Kickers, punters and long snappers.

Balance and harmony after June 1st.

The Eagles have positioned themselves well in this draft to add players on offense, defense, and/or special teams. Potentially, you could see all 3 addressed at any point including in the pool of undrafted player free agents.

Also: *sole 😝 (As usual the soul - and heart - of the draft process will come from Big Dom.)

Good catch. Ask your sources will it be oline or wr with the first pick

Need a legit big. No Embiid, no chance. They just go to the rack. Really need to draft a dominant big man since Embiid has a bad knee too.

Craziest draft take in the last 30 years on this blog.

I wonder if that is the same statement he gave to his wife.

Not Trotter? Just don't go Simoneau next.

Name the 1 player you think is most likely to become an Eagle in this draft (could be any round) or signs as an UDFA.

Not to toot my own horn (TOOOT TOOOOT) but I did have mine as Drew Kendall last year. This year I will say Jordan Van den Berg

At least last years draft was entertaining because of Sanders dropping so far. Will this years draft be as entertaining?

This is a good question. Usually I’d pick a huge O-Lineman that’s projected to go in the mid rounds like Bell from Miami but I’m not so sure with the new offensive staff.

That's a pretty mean-spirited post.
