Kenny Moore is elite in the running game at slot and likes to play in the box. Physical and a sure tackler. That's something we value greatly with Cooper in that position and I'm sure Fangio was always hesitant to move him from there for that factor alone. Just maybe there's a way to make it work here with Cooper playing safety more. Perhaps they could work as interchangeable parts in Fangio's scheme. He did have less snaps (700) last season as compared to 2024. Could find a nice role for this guy. Of course, there's the previous connection with Sirriani and much praise given between the two of them.

I feel like Howie is usually trying to move up for people if he can and when they don't show that then it fell through. And when they don't show angst in someone falling to them like with Quinyon then the pick was just a guy they liked that they expected to be there or even overdrafted a bit. I don't think it's the biggest deal just my observation

I completely understand the limitations of not wanting to reveal anything that’s meant to be kept private. But it felt like they half assed the third day completely. Nothing on the quarterback being drafted. Nothing on the safety. And nothing on their final pick. Even last year they at least had a Howie comment that "we’re gonna pick Mac McWilliams here.” They couldn’t even be bothered to show something similar.

The first two days were okay.

The previous two were great. This year showed almost no new information. We have already seen about two thirds of that short video since most of it was the Makai Lemon phone call and most of the other draft day calls. The Greenard video provided basically nothing (but it should have been included just because it was draft related and he was there). Basically there was like two minutes of video that was both new and interesting.

we knew when he was drafted his shelf life wasn’t very long. The what if’s are more about Fultz and Simmons than Embiid.

Wouldn't surprise me if they were investing less with their social media teams these days. I feel like there's a general ping back effect on social media at the moment. I'm noticing it all over the place, social media and communities are far less active. I think people are getting burned out. Maybe their digital analytics teams are seeing that and don't feel there are as many mouths to feed. In 2015-2020 it would have been more ravenous for content. I still prefer long form content, but the reality is a large portion of our society is unfortunately becoming shaped by short form video because of Tiktok so I think they probably don't think it's as important to put a lot of work into these videos anymore. Or the organization further locked down its information sharing so far less video makes it to past the cutting room floor.

Losing Fran was a major blow to their product. They still do a good job with their All-Access stuff, the draft recap excluded.
