He just got a new contract a year or 2 ago and at the time was widely considered the best nickel in the game.

What has changed about his game? Should we be interested in bringing him in a a safety?

People were thinking 2026 could be his last year here which is why some wanted Dean re-signed. If I am reading this correctly he could stay at least thru 2027 as his 2027 cap number is very manageable. Even js 2028 cap number of 10.644M is very manageable. Correct?

Georgia offensive lineman Micah Morris is one of the many Bulldogs who expect to be selected at the NFL Draft this year. In fact, at times some have thought he

It seems like he has a decent chance at making the team and has a chance at being an eventual starter.

Not 2028, that’s misleading. They put poison pills in these contracts that if they don’t void by a certain date, usually the second day of FA, they get a ton of guaranteed money. For Baun it’s like $50M and they aren’t paying him that so he’ll never play in 2028 for that number.

Kid is gonna fit in great here in Philly.

Reagor has to be one of the worst jobs of talent evaluation by a team. It's not just that it was a miss. It was a miss relative to nearly every other pick in the first 2 rounds at the position. 7 other picks after him in the first 2 rounds have had better careers. The only 2 second round picks that didn't are Mims and KJ Hamler.

From my understanding it basically makes it much more likely he’s here in 2027 (i thought was happening anyway). I brought up with how his contract was previous structured they had some ways to way to maneuver if they didn’t want too.

Jalen Reagor shows the 1st round tag never leaves you

It seemed like the bigger sticking point was playoff assignment based on seniority rather than performance. I wonder how that turned out for them.

Yea, I think it's likely he's here in 2027. But they still have the option to Post June 1st and move on next year if they wanted. It would take a lot to go wrong, like basically if he fell of a cliff and became a liability. If that happens then I start to wonder if they would want to commit another $15M in bonuses to him in his age 31 season. Especially if you consider the option of Fangio retiring and Schwartz returning who doesn't even value LB's.

But it's probably likely he he's here the next two years.

So AJ would be the 2nd one he has tampered with then interesting

I'm skeptical on how good the Eagles are going to be next season, but in terms of opponents they have the 7th or 8th easiest schedule. Which I question the value of analyzing preseason schedule difficulty given no one can account for injuries, how good teams are, etc.

But I will say the Eagles did catch a break in the final week of the 2025 season. They avoided the Ravens and Bucs in 2026 based on the outcomes of week 18 in 2025, who the Cowboys will face instead, and will play the Panthers and Steelers. The Cowboys schedule will likely be just as tough as the Eagles so I don't think this will be a normal year where the first place schedule knocks you down a peg.

But this is just reporting based on what a source is telling her, it's not tampering. For it to be tampering, Vrabel would have to be the contacting the player. Tampering has a specific definition.

Smart football does an analysis of SOS based on Vegas odds. It's usually a better indicator of the actual SOS.

Yea but she is practically Thanos, all she has to do is put out a story and snap her fingers and she controls the entire trade market and value. GM's frantically would refresh her twitter feed to make their decisions.

Metlife on fire per multiple reports.
