Maybe the Eagles Defense is that good! Like really elite. Like the toughest defense they will face all year.

This. Injuries aside, this is shaping up to be one of the most dominant defenses we've ever seen. All of the key pieces are in their prime. They can cover, they can blow up the pocket, our LB's can cover (hopefully Campbell), and I'm just not that worried about their outside pass rush. I'd love for Greenard to make it back to get reps in this system, but Hunt looks like he's improved significantly. If Hurts doesn't poop his own pants on offense, they should dominate.

It appears that the entire rookie and UDFA class is either injured or not showing much. Even it is early and can't expect much for them , it is concerning this would be one of the worst classes of newbies.

But if he does, @EaglePhan1986 or @olsilverhair will buy them on Ebay for a king's ransom.

The Eagles are really getting slept on. Apparently losing AJ has made them the Browns. Pretty funny.

I do know it’s a really exciting time to be a Philly fan with the NBA and NFL seasons coming up.

RTK would wear Hurt's dirty underoos as a helmet.

Nick Foles: Hurts is elite, will only get better and when he's done will be the GOAT of Eagles QBs.

My only issue with this is, how does he get better? Dude has been in the league for 7 years now, he is what he is

That USA Today prediction is laughable. Remind me how long it's been since they were remotely relevant.

Eagles go 11-6 at worst. 14-3 at best.

Notarize that.

It’s an interesting class. Seems it can either go like 2018 or 2019, where we were light on picks and took some big swings. One of those we hit huge, the other was largely a faceplant.

I will say, pretty much everything I’ve read/seen about Bell is VERY encouraging.

Have no doubt Bell will be the starting right tackle in 2027.

Bell seems to the best of the bunch and having a good camp in Lane's absence

He turns 28 tomorrow. What do you mean? QB is the one position where the player can improve as they move into their 30s with the more experience they gain as they see more and more and become experts of defenses in the NFL.

She also put up an interview with Barkley and Baun. Sounds like has one with Howie coming up as well.

I had forgotten about Michael Carter.

He could be another Howie Roseman stroke of genius.

"On October 29, 2025, Carter and a 2027 seventh-round pick were traded by the NY Jets to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for John Metchie III and a 2027 sixth-round pick.”

I'd put all 5 of the OL ahead of TE.

Probably the best to ever do it, Gronk, was a freak of nature athletically, immensely talented as far as football players go, but not what I would describe as cerebral.

IDK, Gronk has more of a facade/character he plays. When you really look behind the curtain and listen to him sometimes, he’s actually incredibly intelligent. Reminds me a lot of the Ocho Cinco act.

The game is generally held on a Thursday since 2017 and between July 31 and August 6 and is used to mark the opening of the NFL preseason. It is anticipated by fans and viewers as the first NFL contest since the prior season's Super Bowl, held nearly six months

Cameron Williams and Miles Hinton. The big raw 2025 OL drafted. Anything? Haven’t heard a thing

I’ve been seeing Hinton reported at guard a lot. Not a good sign for him in my estimation. He's already 24 years old, had a lifelong advantage of having an all-pro for a father, and his body is basically out of a lab for an OT at nearly 6’7” 325 with 34+ inch arms and a 4.9 forty.

Unless they are training him up at guard so on game day he can backup 4 positions, the fact that the Eagles have seemingly abandoned his projection at tackle after just one year and drafted Bell doesn’t bode well for him.

If Koi Perich is 6th, then this class is going to be awesome.

The 2026 class looks stacked.

WR, OT, EDGE, DT, S all look really strong.

QB will make or break it, looks good right now, but then again this time last year people were projecting as many as 7 first round QBs.
