Really not his fault though. The OL couldn't run block to save their lives last year. Just too beat up.

Agreed that the Oline struggled but he still didn't get much for being so high

Cameron Williams and Miles Hinton. The big raw 2025 OL drafted. Anything? Haven’t heard a thing

TE is arguably the second most cerebral position on the field after QB

I'd put all 5 of the OL ahead of TE.

Probably the best to ever do it, Gronk, was a freak of nature athletically, immensely talented as far as football players go, but not what I would describe as cerebral.

Exactly, the other players know he was getting hit in the backfield on almost every play

It still always makes me chuckle he ran laps around most NFL players when it comes to finances

I think my 13 year old could too if given the same windfall, tbh. Those guys are really bad at managing money.

Center for sure.

And MLB, and Safety.

Eh center maybe. But a true every down TE is responsible for knowing the routes, coverage and protection scheme of every play. It's a mentally intense position. I maintain that Grok was one of those guys who's actually kinda smart in very specific capacities despite being outwardly an idiot. But regardless he's kind of a unicorn.

I assumed he meant offense, but if not then yeah safety is way more cerebral than TE.

I get what you mean, since the TE has one foot in the world of an OL and another in the world for a WR, but I was viewing it more so in terms of development, since I think QBs develop at the slowest pace due to the mental requirements, OL second, and TEs after them. I've seen more examples of TEs playing at all-pro levels in their rookie years vs QBs or OL in theirs. Plenty of examples of WRs and RBs doing so obviously.

I won't be able to catch it. Aces @ Fever is at 7 and then Sparks at Lynx at 9

Hinton played LG with the threes in practice yesterday. He’s shown at G more than T so far. Williams, except for the days he was injured has been the right tackle with the threes. We’ll see them next week with Payton, based on that. Thought Williams displayed good punch in the final regular season game. (Hinton stayed on IR most of the season). I suspect Williams, if he played G, would be at RG and right now that’s Jordan or Morris (both seem to be Gs only).

So many GMs in this league are awful. Their opinions mean nothing to me.

Thats funny, your opinions mean nothing to everyone else.

I dont even have any idea who you are. Irrelevant.

You can begrudge this all you want but if you polled all 32 GMs in the league, at least 25 would say they’d take Dak over Hurts.

And I’m not insulting Hurts when I say that.

The only thing wrong about this is that you think 7 of them would actually choose Hurts. No chance.

And this is where I would direct you to go back to the message I posted that you quoted LOL

Maybe the Eagles Defense is that good! Like really elite. Like the toughest defense they will face all year.

#HurtsHopeMannionCanyon

Nick Foles: Hurts is elite, will only get better and when he's done will be the GOAT of Eagles QBs.

I'm not so sure he's as dumb as he acted but maybe.
