I will take Woolen over an older Slay, as far as having a higher ceiling and creating more turnovers. At linebacker, If you are going by who actually played the latter part of 2024 and the actual Superbowl starter I'd take Campbell over Burks. And I like Trotter as well. But with Dean playing pretty well when healthy, Id just call it even there.

Overall, the 2 defenses are pretty even, but I think the main difference could be at safety. I was never a huge Blankenship fan, but he and CJ were a good combination that year. Makuba hopefully continues his development and has looked good early on here, but remains a question still. I think Howie still needs to find a starter there. Epps and Carter are stop-gaps at best and just depth guys.

This defense should eat, if the offense just has a running game and burns some clock, so they don't have to be laid out on the field with an excessive snap count. But this defense, on paper, should be a top 5 defense and have a bunch of guys that can all take the next step with untapped potential.

Foles was a starting QB in the early days and won some games prior to falling to the back-up to Wentz. When he was called on to play, the coaches adopted the game plans to max out his ability, and he delivered. McKee on the other hand, has not played much to this point. If he is called to subs for Hurts, it is unknown if he could deliver. The coaches would have seen more of him in practices to have a better handle on if he is ready for game duties.

Well that’s just stupid and shouldn’t be taken seriously. I think the criticism of Hurts is largely ridiculous, but if course (ignoring cap implications) I would trade him for Josh Allen.

Never watched an episode before but he is going off on how he wants more credit for his game winning drive than the double doink that ended it. He is naming every play and running through it, said they only think about the Double Doink but not that game winning drive against what he said was the #1 defense in the league.
