Stone Smartt is better than Calcaterra.

Is he still playing?

Returned a punt and he mishandled it off the bounce (bot not a turnover)

I throw up in my mouth a little every time I see Quez Watkins

Not impressed by Lemon, but also thing the offense is doing none of the downfield stuff to open things up

He hasn't been impressive but like Coop who stunk in preseason game 3 he has missed almost all of camp so it'll take him a while to get rust off. Let's give him 6 weeks

The best part of his game is after the ball is in his hands. Hes not going to shine in pre-season without being schemed open. Hopefully he develops ways to create more separation on his own. Not sure why with his quicks he isnt routing guys consistently.

I think he is gonna be really good with the starters taking attention away, and scheme. He may not be a dominant player all on his own but should be excellent in the scheme.

I'm Mr. Preseason Means Nothing so I'm not really judging these guys much at this point. Just normal game day venting. QBs do have me worried tho because they have been consistent in their subpar play

Lemon has no elite traits. He’s not overly big, fast, doesn’t get great separation. But this was a terrible draft class so even though I’m not a huge fan of the player I didn’t hate the pick. Everyone I loved by that pick was gone. But there’s a reason he fell. A highly productive player in a bad draft class fell for a reason. That doesn’t mean he’s going to be a bust, but I’m skeptical of how good he’ll be in the NFL.

Makai Lemon is the Eli Stowers of WRs

Ambry Thomas is a penalty machine

Dillion Thenieman dropped right into our lap. What did you think of him ?

Weru wasn't very good there but that's not exactly unexpected in game 3

No one is ever going to look back on Lemon and be happy we invested a first round pick that physically has more in common with Reno Mahe and Britain Covey than TO or AJ Brown.

Welp McKee sucks, guess it wasn't just Patullo 😥

I mostly agree. I didnt like the 1st round WRs in this class. So many better or at least more intriguing options in round 2 and beyond.

There is still a chance he looks awesome because he is the type of player on other teams that are target monsters and run well after the catch. So there is a chance we dont HATE the pick.

But, hes not a 1st round WR in many drafts.

Tanner Brady! Woo hoo.

wow lmao

Liked him. Don’t love taking safeties round 1.

With his route running and hands, Lemon shouldn’t be a project. Tacario Davis appeared to be unimpressed by his speed (he could jog on his hip), but maybe Makai still isn’t opening up the throttle yet.

And Howie wasn't going to do it. He mentioned if you read between the lines they didn't want to do it in rd 2 either. They had taken 3 DBs in the first 2 rounds in the past 2 years he said

Wonder if Steele makes it over Shipley.
