It seemed kind of pointless to cut Powell-Ryland and then draft James-Newby the following year.

Both have sacks tonight. Both are the same player. No room on the roster for either of them. Why couldnt that be another swing at the TE or CB position instead of another undersized rusher that wont make the team?

Well, glad that garbage is over. This was a terrible preseason. Hopefully, we fare much better in the regular season.

definitely watching for him on cut down day. Now with an offseason in the GB offense should be somewhat familiar with our offense here.

Youd like to be able to see those projects through to completion but if they are not as protected as Mailata was under newer rules, thats tough. Not exactly worth roster spots. Especially being that there are 2 of them.

Id say IR Bernard, and PS for Weru. If someone scoops him up, so be it, but I dont think they will.

Yeah I really think our run game will be good. The guys we see in these preseason games and the plays they run are not what they are practicing for the most part

I’m not panicking about Lemon due to him basically missing camp. It’s going to take him probably at least a month to get into a rhythm. I think Wicks is in for a big start to the season. I’m super high on him and think that signing will pay dividends.

I really hope Greenard can go week one because that defensive front is absolutely going to get after Daniels week one. Washington’s offensive line is very suspect. Davis and Carter have to be licking their chops.

Lemon didn’t look faster than anyone playing tonight.

Hope he works out, but I still hate it.

Bo went on a mini rant in the post game and I agreed with every word he said. Basically talking about how he has no idea wtf the Eagles are doing with backup QB and whatever they've been trying to do with it this offseason has gone about as poorly as it possibly could have. And why the hell they needed to play a 39 year old Dalton who they know who he is at this point instead of getting Payton reps. Or why the hell they brought Dalton in to begin with. All it has done it take reps away from McKee and you can tell neither of them are happy with this arrangement, so you have two QBs splitting reps, both struggling, and neither happy with what's going on.

And he's right. Makes me wonder who exactly was in charge of divvying up the playing time tonight. Was it Howie or Sirianni. It comes off as disjointed and not really well thought out. Not that it matters much, but preseason games require preseason gripes. Get them out of the way before the real games start.
