I would love to see him succeed, just not when/if he plays against DAL. I was surprised he was cut honestly. He matured a lot this past year from a work ethic perspective, had a good camp but Malik Davis was the better back over Mafah and Blue.

I really believe he has a future in the league he just needs to develop. Knocks on him were ball security, pass blocking, and more importantly commitment to the playbook.

Covey is more than just good vibes. Actually is the best punt returner they have had in awhile and is trustworthy back there. He's a better version of Greg Ward, who jumps from practice squad to roster and a good soldier.

He’s got some quicks, if he can learn how to field the ball cleanly and consistently he could be a dangerous returner also.

He’s intriguing because of speed but I don’t think the eagles will actually use him this year. Howie is obsessed with his top 30 guys

If he falls short on commitment to the playbook here, his time as an Eagle will be very short.

If Jenkins truly has improved to the point where he’s a plus blocker (honestly, I haven’t paid close enough attention, so I assumed he was just a meh blocker) then he’s worth the roster spot over Latu. Latu gets the edge as a FB and special teamer, but he isn’t good at blocking in-line.

Jenkins could have a real future here as a TE3.

Moore better produce and not just be inactive most of the season. Otherwise, theres no good reason for this.

I dont mind the player. I hate the optics of more Joe Douglas stink on this team.

If he doesnt, then it looks like we went heavy on WRs for no reason other than that Joe Douglas drafted a guy.

Another point- for a team trying to heavily invest in 2 TE sets, its even less important to keep 6 WRs.

Meh. We lost no one of importance, and added two guys with ceilings.

Howie seems to be carrying more rookies this season on the PS.
