I took them at four and a 12 team draft. I kept hearing everyone say oh he’s not gonna do what he did last year. They really have the same weapons besides the switched out walker for price. He is their main guy. He’s gonna get a boat load of targets. And really he’s doing this with a backup Qb

He certainly was last year… And this year so far. Dean‘s first few years here had a lot of injuries… That did not help. I have a feeling if he was healthier then… Campbell wouldn’t even be here.

I’m not so sure they were gonna pay both baun and Dean regardless. However, there was at least a chance if they didn’t drafting Campbell. I don’t hate Campbell. But really i stick to the eagles identity over the years of not using 1st round picks on LB

The 2025 and 2026 drafts provided the eagles with players that just don’t do much.

The heater had to end eventually.

I trust that Fangio is gonna fix the defense and hide the deficiencies and we are hitting our stride by the 2nd half of season.

But after today. Stock down: Campbell & Epps. If Epps isn't gonna be a sure tackler then he's gotta step away. Campbell's football IQ is a concern. Greenard should help coming back next week, with setting the edge and fortifying the run defense.

Im not worried about the defense. This is their MO without preseason. They always look sloppy the first 3 or 4 games with missed tackles, letting up explosive plays etc. I have no doubt they will eventually round into form.

Next man up, he was awful last year playing through the back injury, a full off-season and some foreign country Voodoo was supposed to fix him but hes looked as awful as last year. Sit him on the bench next to Dickerson, theyre both washed.
