The Eagles will more than likely have 3 new starters on the oline next year. Barkley will be 30 I believe. No point in dumping more money into the qb position. Hard to see Siri surviving another year with another 1 and done in the playoffs
September 29Sep 29 The thing about this offense which has driven me insane for several seasons now is how no one can get open on a scrambling drill. You’ll watch other games throughout the league where the QB breaks the pocket, is scrambling towards the sideline, and finds someone wide open downfield. That is nonexistent in this offense and has been for a while.

You saw OBJ was cut and you thought, hey let me look up his stats compared to our best current WR, and wanted to share he's had better career highs than Smitty. And?Here are some "doses of reality":OBJ was their WR1. This is the 2nd season Smitty will be WR1 and we're 3 games in. Why are you comparing a WR1 to a WR2 instead of AJ Brown the WR1 for most of Smitty's seasons? If you compared to AJ Brown as a WR1 to WR1 comparison, AJ Brown had 2 seasons here that were better than OBJ's career highThe Giants didn't have two 1,000 yard receivers those seasonsWhat did OBJ do after the year you stopped posting his stats? His best were a couple 1,000 yard seasons, the rest were garbage.Smith is entering his 6th season compared to OBJ's with twice that. Their career numbers on average per game are close, except OBJ more TDs average. Makes sense since OBJ was WR1.Of all the things about this team that are concerning, DeVonta Smith isn't one of them. Just a weird post out of nowhere.

Lucky for you they are on your side with Campbell and will let the season go down.Trotter's contract isn't up until after the 2027 season. He's not going to walk after this season. They will evaluate both this season, if Campbell doesn't improve Fangio has to make a change. If Trotter proves himself he'll keep the job.

I remember 2 or 3 throws were Keenum faced heavy pressure and just threw the ball of his back foot right into the receiver hands. Getting the ball out quick is the blueprint to eat up this overrated defenseYep

More throws to the middle and using the entire field. Last night seemed like a regression to old habits. It could be that Hurts is very good in his comfort zone but not as good at what Mannion needs him to do. It's still quite early in the season, so we'll see how the relationship evolves.

DAL just isn't ready to walk into the Linc and win this year, it will likely be a competitive game through two and a half or three quarters but PHI will pull away. Then again I could see DAL get dominated on the road, in the division, just like they did in the opener against the NYG.DAL has improved...very little. They have a second year HC and a first year DC. Those two guys are still making their own mistakes, as much as I like Schotty the guy is still learning how to manage a game. Parker, well, there just isn't enough yet to really make any long term indictments against him. I do like that he will call himself out and own his mistakes, his guys respect him and will play hard for him. The execution and growth will be slow, but I am encouraged by the way Downs, Barham, and Lawrence are progressing early but it's gonna take a while to realize significant gains with the personnel in this defense.PHI @ DAL in week 12 is another story, that game will come down to whether or not PHI has resolved the things you guys are discussing right now. Dak currently has a 20 game win streak against the division @ home, if PHI hasn't gotten better at the safety position that streak will likely continue. There is also the Dak even year injury concern, I have predicted a Dak injury sometime this season that would have him miss at least four games, that should derail the season if/when it happens. As much as I wish you’d be right, I just don’t see it. While I’m glad Dak hasn’t had post season success, he is annoyingly good against us, and the only blowout win we’ve had against him was a 37-9 win in his 2nd year which was our first Super Bowl year and it was during Zeke’s 6 game suspension. Oddly, in that game we trailed 9-7 at the half. I would love to route Dallas in that game, but I see little to no chance. We can’t exploit your defense as much as we’d like to.

Then you compared him to Smitty in a context of a "hate be negative but" post that attempted to make him look better than Smitty. Why do that.

September 29Sep 29 I guess in the search of positives, Wicks has been a pleasant surprise, and I liked what we saw of Lemon yesterday on non-screens. Somehow WR is one of the position groups that I'm not worried about.
