If he did 2 minutes worth of due diligence, he’d have figured it out.

So not full of crap. Just lazy.

Depends on who it came from. If it was some "cap knowledgeable" analyst dude... then sure. If someone in the Eagles front office told him "Look, with Lane retiring, Hurts is probably going to be here next season for money reasons" even if Bo digs into it and finds the cap situation doesn't change much, anyone would just conclude the front office has their reasons for feeling that way... whatever those reasons are. Just impossible to know what they have planned out for the cap, what they're willing to eat, etc.

I doubt we're sellers. I think Howie will look at the injuries and the division and think we could make a run if we just get healthy

Though if we continue to lose then I guess anything is possible

Eagles picking up Milton before Dallas week.

If Dickerson can play somewhat respectable and Bell holds his own at RT, this line looks pretty solid filled out with Mailata, Kendall, and Steen with Lampkin as depth.

I have no faith Dickerson can

We are sellers at 3-6. That's the magic number. Trade deadline will be right at that bye week. Howie will reassess and go to town on picks if we collapse here. McKee could be traded as well. Milton could be your new tank commander. These 4 weeks are make or break for Tanner McKee as far is his career path from here. Again, I hope he goes 4-0. And we keep everyone and win the division. Keeping that winning culture going is preferred.

No I don’t think so. 3-6 will still put us very much alive in the division.

Mike Garafolo said on PHLY today that if the Eagles are still sinking after the next few games he thinks Howie is going to sell. Which shouldn't be surprising, but people were focusing on some reporters talking about how Howie "Doesn't believe in rebuilding" and Garafolo said Howie will never spend an offseason trying to tank a season, but if he's in the middle of an awful season and knows his team isn't good enough, that threads the needle for the perfect opportunity to sell and he pointed to the directive to bench Hurts in 2020 when they were leading WSH to tank that game.

He was also asked about the narrative about the Eagles not being an attractive destination based on their inability to get their desired candidates this year at OC and in the past at other positions and he said if the Eagles end up moving on from Sirianni after the season they won't have any trouble attracting a head coach. He said the OC thing is weird and other teams have trouble attracting OCs too, mentioned it happening to the Bucs several times too.

Glad you are not the GM! Lol. Well that would mean they lost 6 out of 7 games and spiraling. They aren't doing jack, if they are in a 6 out of 7 tailspin. Yeah mathematically they could be in it, but not in reality.

Depends on who the additional 3 losses are. Stretch of division games coming up. If they start loosing then it will be a wrap.

Vic said in his PC that Jalyx will push the medical people to clear him and isn't the type of guy who will be hesitant to come back. I wonder if that is some type of under the radar shot at Greenard.

It's the Carson Steele show this weekend! McKee and him were connecting good in preseason.

The glaring takeaway from this, is how quickly McKee diagnosed the defense and got the ball to Carson so he could run after the catch. Ross Tucker even says it.

Agree. Think it's criminal if they don't give Carson at least half the snaps this week. He can grind out yards for you and be a factor in the passing game. He invites contact and will stiff arm you repeatedly. He actually has a chance to be a fan favorite if he can just get opportunities.

Making room for Milton

I'm feeling like we are at the point where we may not be able to recall everyone who is on IR. But I have no idea how many have gone on. Feels like a lot.

You get 6 returns right?

Going the practice squad route was really slim pickings. Even so, I'd have honestly rather grabbed Hendon Hooker from TEN.

Double benefit. Third string emergency QB and get to pick his brain about the cowpads. A minimal benefit as they also get to see how coachable he is. My guess is they don’t give him the complete playbook as his primary role is being the scout team QB.

Interesting note on PHLY. We’re dead last in percentage of plays that have a post and/or go routes this year.

I’m an Alcoholic too. Didn’t affect me until April 2025, when I had a mini-stroke. I’ve drastically reduced the amount of alcohol I consume. But still relapse frequently. Been to 3 different treatment centers to figure this ish out. Going to a fourth one in November, up in Long Island, NY.

I’m also depressed, bi-polar, sad, hopeless, and have severe anxiety, so I basically have Co-Occurring disorders. It’s awful. An effing mess.

Work hard to get through it. That’s all we can do. 🏄🌵🦅

Entered the rooms in 2004, I'm at 12 years straight..yes doing the math I went out 2 times, but basically out of the last 22 years, I haven't drank for about 20 of them. I can say that I will never touch a drop again. Not because I don't want to, not because I don't fantasize about it, but I will not believe the lie that it will be different this time. I know for me, if I have one sip, it will set off a craving in me that I'll be right back to a bottle of vodka (or more) a day until I'm dead. I wish I could be normal and have one but that has never been the case....EVER. This is what I know, if I hadn't stopped, I'd be dead. If I start drinking again, I'd die. This is the decision, is a drink worth dying over? Although watching this f'ing team this year definitely makes me want to take one lol

Did we run Barkley into the ground on the 2k season?

Probably, and the interior line as well with all the tush pushes.

You have to think that took a toll on Landon and Cam.

Not even ten posts in the last hour, what the heck. I have a renewed enthusiasm for this season, I can't wait for Sunday, where is everybody?
