I was thinking about that Siri thing last night - firing a HC in this scenario is tough if you want to be seen a good place to work. So much happening out his control, especially when some of the issues were created by the FO themselves.

We heard that crap last year. SOB needs to be fired now. If they are drafting a QB he can't be anywhere near the kid

I can see this line of thinking. This has been a season from hell where basically every team would crater. That said, I think they’ll be honest with themselves and see that Sirianni isn’t an advantage creator. He is not a problem solver. It’s time for a reset.

Correct... it’s obvious but we will protect hurts from any and all criticism and make up a story anyway!

I’m honestly to the point that I can’t tell if you’re legitimately ret@rded or your heels are just dug in so far that you can’t possibly see how dumb you make yourself look in here every day.

The medical staff will get blamed but it’s not like Lurie/Howie did not know this…

Steichen will be available as the OC next year. He may not last the year but will certainly be canned at the end of the year.

He needs to stay, so can get best pick possible. Once the Tush Push became obsolete in this offense he lost his authority and brilliance. Like a fish out of water in what to do otherwise. Can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag.Tunnel vision coach who can't adapt to sheet in-game.

Jalen with Pulmonary Embolisms. Pretty dangerous. A lot more is going on with him. They usually migrate as blood clots from deep veins.

One thing to consider is Hurts filing a lawsuit against the Eagles and their medical staff for how this has been managed.

I feel like Albert f’n Einstein posting among the likes of Lambo, Hazleton, Eagle45 etc lol I’m impressed they can even figure out how to login

Hurts is out for the season with something that's no different than a sprained ankle, what?

The first 24 hours upon the news, you were celebrating with all anti -Hurts talk in here and that losing agenda. With Tanner Brady now in charge. Glowing....said it then, this could be serious and to slow your roll. Just for a few minutes...and you are 0-3.

hush-shhhh.gif

Wrong.

And whats worse is you literally celebrated the fact that it became life threatening.

What I want to know is when they say the clot had moved in that statement from a few days ago, was it already in the lungs? Where was it?

And is it normal for one single clot to turn into multiple pulmonary clots?

I’m onboard with bringing him on as Head coach. The numbers his offense put up with Daniel Jones and basically the Eagles 2003 WR core is amazing.

Hoping the Colts can him. Hell, let’s trade a 3rd or 4th for him. I don’t care.

Makes me wonder if players who have been around for a while (Andy Dalton, Lane Johnson) recognize this team for what it is and say "no thanks. I'm not getting beat up for this."

The reports say they saw the clots in Lungs on Saturday which prompted them to change course and put him on IR

You are delusional. And are wrong. A lot...

They still are. Made up apparently and fishy

Athletes have missed a lot of time with sprained ankles.

I wonder if clots were already in the lungs at that point. We don't know what kinda testing they had done. They could have done a follow up ultrasound, found the clot moved, but to find clots in the lungs you need more extensive scanning. I wonder if he had a full body scan.

I'm good with bringing an entirely new mindset into the building on offense. Sirianni should be canned, this is almost a carbon copy of Doug's last season.

Time to start looking at prospective HCs, preferably offensive minded. That would pretty much preclude steichen coming back anyway, not sure he would want to be an OC under a truly offensive minded HC who would likely run a different system.

Why would the Jets not take a QB?

My bad, misread that it is the Jets pick, not the Cowboys pick.

Mannion has to go. It’s just not working. His play calling is probably worse than me in my college dorm room playing Madden in 2006.

Well….cant defend the medical staff now. The difference between superficial thrombophlebitis and DVT with b/l PE is massive and not subtle.

They literally issued a press release saying it was a superficial clot.

So they screwed it up and they know it. Now it’s defense mode. That’s why we are seeing all these official press releases.

Definitely done for the year.
