October 6, 20223 yr I got an email notification about league reactivation yesterday, but I don't think i have participated in probably 3-4 seasons now. I would always forget to update/manage my team (the daily-games leagues make these way more managerial that I have the temperament for any more) so my team was like Reddens -- aka a free win each week for whoever played me. So I've remained a bit disinterested because I don't like absentee owners in fantasy football leagues so I don't feel right knowing I'm likely to be one of those in a basketball league.

Actually creates an interesting thought, use the team league format, but you could only have 10 teams in the league to do it.

Most NBA teams only play the top 8 guys, so I think a combined roster and bench of 20 players would be more than enough. The league is already set up for 10 starters, plus you want to have some players in the FA pool, so 10 starters and 10 man bench would be good IMO
October 6, 20223 yr I believe I have brought up the team league idea for an NBA league in the past. For some reason no one wanted to join. Im not sure if you can really have equal talent distribution, or anything close to it. But its still an interesting idea to at least try out for a year.

I was actually going through and writing down a top 3 from each roster, and its not as bad as I first thought. They dont all look as good on the court but for fantasy purposes it may be closer.
