very good multi-talented artist. Musician. First as a rapper, but has some good early 2000s punk rock sounding songs out with Travis Barker as his drummer. And he acted in The Dirt. He played Tommy Lee. And he dates Megan Fox. Shes in his music video for Bloody Valentine.

No, I'm arguing that there's a time and place to take risk on really talented players with massive medical red flags... and that starts in Round 3, not Round 2.  In Round 2, you take talent without the questions.

Interior OL is not a premiere position of need in the NFL, so we can remove that argument from consideration.  It never has been, and it still isn't.  This wasn't an OT, CB, QB, or DE.  Interior OL are not 'premiere' positions.  Going for a player like Samuel at a premier position, without the injury concern isn't exactly 'conservative', its smart.
