Can defend multiple positions, can shoot a decent ball, is times where he pulls up for long 2s at the dumbest times and so frustrating. 

He is a man without a position to me. He doesn't have good enough handles to be a primary ball handler and isn't what you think of a SG

Yup. He averaged 10.8 ppg, 4.5 reb, 2.7 asts and 1.4 steals in just under 23 mins a game. He’s also 24 so still young. Whoever the sixers took at 23 wasn’t playing under doc. he might be our best bench player at the moment which is like being the tallest midget

At this point the sixers should let harden play on his option or give him the option and a 1 year extension. Reason on the option pus a year is that is entering 23-24 offseason they’d have harden and Harris as expiring contracts to use in making a deal or they could just let both walk at the end of year and have a ton of cap space. Problem with just letting both walk is you swing and miss and likely wasting 2 of the best years of embiid’s prime. 

They’ve already wasted his prime by swinging for Harden and missing.  

Melton is apparently really good defensively. Good 3 and D player.

The trade is pretty decent, but in the future if Jovic or McGowens are stars it will not be good anymore.
