Right, you had listed Detroit as a possible team for  QB trade,so I was referring to that thinking there is no reason for them to move for QB.Maybe I took the post wrong. In either case if we pass on Pitts, they would snag him right after we pick(see another JJ pick lol)

No you took it correctly.... I don't think Detroit will move up.... but I think more of a possibility they want a QB that ATL does... with that first pick.    I don't think Detroit would take Pitts though, they have pro bowl TE and the big WR ... but who knows?

I think ATL wants a QB just not at 4 think they are a prime team to draft a QB day 2... If they stay at 4 they want a difference maker Pitts would make sense they got the Ravens TE think last year but if Pitts is as good as advertised clear upgrade then paired with Julio/Ridley/Gage at WR it’s basically pick your poison on how you want us to dissect you

I still dont think ATL picks at 4, I see Carolina moving there, they can't wait for a QB any longer

Cincy needs pieces too, they aren't going to give that kind of draft capital up in my view to move to 2. They can get a VERY GOOD OT on day 2 if that is a concern for them. Not a HUGE difference between round 1 and 2 linemen. CIncy can go Chase in 1, take their LOT in 2 without giving up any draft capital

Got a QB got a RB got WRs getting the OL seems like a perfect reason to go get the best T in my eyes also see a massive difference in the top guys for day 2 guys

I’d love to Carolina to go to 4 honestly I think they would favor Fields or Lance over Wilson who would then drop to us at 6

ATL could take Pitts,no doubt there, but I think Carolina makes that move,so really ATL getting Pitts is not an issue for me. Carolina will take Whomever the Jets dont. That would be Fields or Wilson so 3 QB's in the first 4 is how I see it play out. Lance, Jones could be targets for the Pats and ATL with the trade back to 8. SO depending on that the pats are looking at lance,Jones or Trask at 15 if they think they can move on from Cam

I think the big factor will be teams like Denver, SF and New England... on whether it's more than just 2 QBs.  To be honest... without a trade, it could possibly be just one QB.   Personally I feel Miami needs a QB... but that's my bias towards the running QB not being a guy you can ultimately win with... Miami, AZ, Baltimore ... I don't see it happening come playoff time.  Great for fantasy stats though.

IDK what happens. For me alot hinges on if Winston is traded, which he wants, but who will give up a TON for him? SF might

Georgia CB Stokes apparently ran a 4.24 40 at his pro day.

Yeah had him on one mock.I like Newsome a tad better, but he's definitely a decent CB

Sure if there is noone else around. He could be a 7th or 1 of the first UDFA's taken. I know we also like Zac Thomas from App St. That is a SMALL school, but they are cranking out players for some crazy reason.Must have a good staff there in dem hills lol. Another "off the wall" team I look at alot is Cincinnatti. The Bearcats come up with some nice.players for later rounds. even their RB is on my radar. But yeah,I could see a 7th pick for him for the reason you state. Would not bother me at all if we took White at 7 AND Thomas as a UDFA. Now you have 3 young guys on rook contracts. Don;t think it would be a stretch for White to be the #2 pretty much right off the bat and Thomas the #3. If Hurts went down,I think White could "cope" or we could snag a cheap FA vet

Hell we've had quite a bit of success with later round guys from Cincinnati ... Kelce, Cole, Celek come immediately to mind.

Honestly no trades in the draft I only see Lawrence getting drafted #1

Jets- actually leaning playmaker for them my guess is Chase if they can’t trade back which is what I believe they want to do.

Miami- OT/Parsons/Playmaker here at 3 Miami could go lots of directions

ATL- again another team likely wanting to move my guess if they stay Pitts would be the guy

Cincy- OT if Sewell is on the board if not Smith could go here or Pitts if ATL trades out.

Well again it s' "labelling" Pitts is a very capable WR. If he was listed as such he would be in the top 5 or 6 WR conversation IMO forgetting about his TE capabilities. But Detroit picks at 7 and if we passed,I'm sure they would take him(Like 2 pro bowl TE's wound hurt? LOL pats did alot of damage like that(Gronk/Hernandez)

I don't think they have a choice at this point. I'm still taking Pitts at 6 lol I don't need a QB controversy in a rebuild year

IDK, I could see them staying at 5 and just letting the player come to them.     I can see Carolina to 2, 3 or 4.

Yeah, they have Ford also, but I think he stays in school

I wouldn’t rule out Cincy as a possible move up candidate... Carolina is a strong possibility as well as a trade up team

We should have kept Warren

What would they(cincy) move up for that they can't get at pick 5?

OT

Lawrence,Wilson,Sewell,Fields(Carolina trades up) Chase-book it

That's alot of draft capital to move up for Sewell. Unless they have the Browns FO from 20 years ago,I dont think they are that dumb. They need PICKS, they dont need to give any

Depends on the cost and outside of your QB protecting him is the next thing. And Bengals seem set to want Sewell

https://www.nflmockdraftdatabase.com/big-boards/2021/consensus-big-board-2021 so now they are up to the top 23 big boards. This is the concensus average off the top 23 boards I think this is WAY off the mark however, but I am just the messenger lol Pitts at 15 ? Not happening

Man, I think I am going to have to talk you off the ledge come draft night.... if what I think happens with Pitts.

Jermar Jefferson at RB is REALLY being underrated. I'll take him as a UDFA. He is my annual UDFA RB snag

You may have to lol. I'm sure he is on every teams board

Of all the teams, I think Cincy is the one that has the highest chance to stay put.  Although I can see your point of view in thinking the Jets just want to trade out, and Cincy solely focused on the OT . I just think if I'm them, i'm getting a playmaker at 5 if I stay... or I can trade down and get more.

Why do they "seem to want" Sewell??? Im sure Burrow is pushing for Chase and putting his back into it

Yeah but if he falls to 10 or 11.  You are going to flip out with that result.
