I agree with you he doesn't deserve... But he's been a full time starter since we drafted him and he was a first round pick. I'm not saying he deserves what Sweat got but I suspect at minimum that will be his starting point.

And there's a good chance that with 19 (I think that's right but it could be 20) NFL starts under his belt that Hurts next week could gain more passing yards in his short NFL career than Wentz in the play offs.

If Wentz ends the game under 200 yards (which by all accounts it's going to happen), then he'll have 8 games under 200 yards passing vs Hurts 9 games and he'll average less passing yards/game in 2021 than Hurts.

Yes, I wasn't mentioning it as a bad thing. Just noting that how people were mentioning it was such a mistake to trade Wentz because he's far superior. Then he proceeds to match Hurts "bad season" production without the additional dimension Hurts adds.
