Any thoughts on the president taking them, lying about them, saying he turned them all over but actually not doing so? Anything? "Not good, but I still really like his policies so I have no choice but to vote for him!" Just don't tell them they're in a cult though, that would be completely uncalled for.
August 12, 20224 yr @Talonblood called in some of his friends of the black race to advise Procus on his topics.

I think the warrant was an entirely separate level of escalation, and if the reports about the informant and possible documents containing information about nuclear weapons are accurate, then it fits perfectly in line with the motivation to act urgently once this came to the FBI's attention. Now whether they actually found any materials of that nature is yet to be confirmed. Unfortunately, we're still flying a bit blind on this and we're left to speculate until more details emerge. Unsealing the warrant might help a little bit, but it will probably take a while before we find out exactly what he still had in his possession on the day of the raid. I'm guessing that even the inventory of what was seized will be redacted for truly sensitive material. Just something non-specific.

They went there months ago looking for them, were shown a room of boxes that could have contained them, and left them there for months only asking them to put a padlock on them??? Documents that sensitive?? They get the warrant to go after these highly sensitive documents and wait 72 hours before serving it?? Exigency would be out the window with those delays if they believed something that sensitive was there and our secrets were at risk. So, basically, we don't know if it's true. But if it is, it's everyone else's fault except Trump.

August 12, 20224 yr They gave Trump months to return everything. All things he never should have had outside the White House. I believe there were multiple trips to Mar-A-Lago to retrieve classified documents previously. Keep in mind, Trump is not exactly a voracious reader. It's not like his trashy Florida White House was likely full of classified material while he was president, because there was nobody there reading it. The DoJ worked with Trump for a long time on the down low. Even this search of Mar-A-Lago happened all day - from the morning to 8pm - and was nearly completed with no media coverage until some bozo at the resort realized what was up and alerted the media. If the DoJ had its way it never would have made the news that they actually had to obtain a warrant to get classified secrets from a former president. That's the deference that even a guy who committed traitorous acts gets because he accidented into the presidency. If they were trying to make this political there would have been much more known leading up to it.

Well, the bar has to keep moving until you get to the right narrative. Sooner or later it will morph into how Trump was trying to tell America the truth about Hillary and Benghazi and how it was all done with help from a small pizza shop and the FBI is trying to cover it all up.

August 12, 20224 yr Seriously @Procus, you really thought that a new thread wouldn’t get started 30 seconds after you deleted yours, and we wouldn’t all call you out for being a sensitive little snowflake

The manner they conducted the case suggests they were trying to minimize public knowledge.
