So what we have now is what Trump's team wants us to see. It could be everything. But it might not.

A release from the court would have redacted the names of the FBI agents

CNN and MSNBC have the unredacted docs? If so, then Trump's super desperate to get out ahead of this. Funny how they've seemed to have suddenly dropped the planted evidence angle.

Brietbart and WSJ got them at the exact same time as per Maggie Haberman's reporting. So it sounds like an email blast from Trump.

Yep, this looks to be the case. Desperation is a stinky cologne.

They have to drop the "he didn't know what was in the boxes because he didn't actually pack them himself" angle as well because his attorneys are trying to argue that the information in the documents were de-classified by Trump.

Truly feels like we're in an alternate timeline where someone so dumb along with his merry band of clowns held the highest office in the land for 4 years.

Saw some claims that he did it so his crazy mob could go after them

Which is sadly realistic

Nuclear Secrets. Trump is up ****t's Creek without out a paddle. Why he isn't under arrest is beyond me.

NOTICE OF PARTIES’ POSITION ON MOTION TO UNSEAL LIMITED WARRANT MATERIALS In accordance with the Court’s order directing the government to confer with counsel for former President Trump (Docket Entry 19) and consistent with Local Rule 88.9(a), the United States files this notice. Counsel for former President Trump—M. Evan Corcoran, Esq., and James Trusty, Esq.—have informed the government that the former President does not object to the government’s Motion to Unseal Limited Warrant Materials (Docket Entry 18), which asked this Court to unseal the documents in Docket Entry 17. Accordingly, the United States requests that the Court grant its Motion (Docket Entry 18) and unseal Docket Entry 17

Need judge to formally sign order and then it will be unsealed on the docket. But Trump already leaked it.

I definitely didn't have "Trump is an international super spy" on my 2022 TDS bingo card

Now that the warrant has been leaked, this post has aged real well in only 3 short hours

Declassifying Nuclear Weapons secrets is on a whole new level. You can't just waive a magic wand and declassify it.

Let's say a Chinese employee, working for Alliant Tech Systems, takes home nuclear weapons documents and holds onto them for almost a year and then an informant calls the FBI to report it, the employee would have been arrested at the time the documents were discovered. Even if there is no evidence the Chinese employee was  a spy or that the docs were sold to foreign power, just possessing them is a crime.

Finally, trying to claim he declassified the documents won't hold water. Did he state he did that when he was Subpoenaed the first time? How about the 2nd time? Now all of the sudden, magically, they have been declassified? That claim me barred by the Judge as a Defense if there is no evidence to support it.

I didn't have any, if I did, all they had to do was ask, and it was locked up, really. I mean it.

I want to see the Affidavit of Probable Cause. That's the interesting part.

Unlikely if the report about the informant being the impetus for the warrant is accurate.

Sealing orders frequently have a shelf life and the informant, if there is one, will only be referred to as the C.I or something similar. Affidavits are written in a manner to protect the identity of a C.I. so there's a chance albeit a slim one. If it remains unavailable in perpetuity then it's Trump's status as a former POTUS that causes it. One day the shoe will be on the other foot and the other side won't want a full disclosure precedent in place.

Personally, I agree that it's unlikely we ever see it, but I'd still enjoy reading it.

FBI seized classified records from Mar-a-Lago during search of Trump residence

FBI agents seized classified records from former President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago during its unprecedented raid on Monday, including some marked as top secret, according to documents reviewed by Fox News.

Former President Trump is disputing the classification, saying the records have been declassified.

According to the warrant, reviewed by Fox News, U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart signed the warrant on Aug. 5, giving the FBI authority to conduct its search "on or before August 19, 2022," and "in the daytime 6:00 am. to 10:00 p.m."

4 sets of Top Secret

3 sets of Secret and 3 sets of Confidential.

This particular shoe, on this particular foot? Doubt it. Especially after that ass clown doxed the agents a day after the field office in Ohio was attacked? Pretty sure we're treading out into uncharted waters here. Unless you know of another US president that was investigated for violations of the espionage act.
