But there is also performing arts, tactical with police, fire, or military, and industrial. Im in a split role between sports medicine clinic in the hospital, and a high school. Those jobs arent great paying. However my company pays well compared to others in the same setting. Traditional settings with pro sports obviously do better, but for a massive trade off in work/life balance. Industrial is likely where I am headed next. Set hours, and I can go to one company local to me and make about 25k more. Ive also positioned myself well to jump in to an MSK Ultrasound position and have full time clinic hours for a small bump at my company. Or I could then leave to be paid as a sonographer if I take that skill elsewhere and make about 10-15k more. I have options. I wont be in this setting forever. I may begin teaching a sports medicine class at my school next year. That wouldnt make me any more money at my company but that can open up new opportunities as well.
