Castellanos every other year isn’t giving you more than 25. Last 4 years (162 game not 2020) Castellanos has gone 34, 13, 29 and 16. Marsh, Stott and Rojas just aren’t homerun hitters. realmuto isn’t at this stage of his career. They let Rhys and 30 HRs and 80 RBI averages last 3 years (162 game seasons) and didn’t replace him. They just hoped guys would step up and it’s still a massive hole that needs to be fixed Only point I dont agree with is I dont consider Turner a HR hitter. Turner's career average is 15 HR per season where Castellanos is 17 HR per season. I don't think either of them is a powerhouse in the lineup but Turner is a better hitter for average than power. Point is there isn't a lot of power in the lineup outside of Harper and Schwarber consistently and they definitely miss Rhys power in the middle of that lineup and his ability to grind out ABs.

His last 3 years he’s hit 28, 21 and 26. Early in his career he hit for less power then he has the past 3 years. This year he’d be on pace for 27 HRs if he didn’t miss the time he did. I agree he’s not schwarber and Harper but his average the last 3 seasons has been 25 HRs. The 2020 year he was on pace for 33. I don’t think he is your typical power hitter but for the most part, he’s probably gonna give you somewhere between 21 and 28 home runs per season, which is probably the third best homer hitter. Which speaks to the bigger problem that when Hoskins walked out that door, they didn’t have a consistent 3rd 30 homerun guy and like you said they don’t have that grinder in the middle of the lineup. Because he grind at bats and makes pitchers work other guys get mistake pitches around him. When they signed Turner it wasn’t the production of Hoskins. It was to implement him into the lineup to make the lineup deeper and Hoskins to be your middle of the lineup power behind Harper
