I have no clue just seen some "sports media experts" saying that we could be looking to move Geodart in a trade not saying it will happen just giving the info.

Again my thoughts were Geodart final season and we draft a guy to be behind him a year.... Similar to how we did Celek-Ertz Ertz-Geodart

It's been out there a few days that the Eagles are looking for a 4th round pick for Goedert.  But today the talk has really jumped.  I guess the Slay and CGJ feud on the backburner ...lol

Just reported that its not done... still have Arizona and another team interested.... good for us if the price keeps going up!

This site does a great job keeping track of the signings and comp picks.    As accurate as can be for this time of year.  They usually are right there as being pretty accurate in predicting the final comp picks.

Rumors saying we could be looking to move on from Geodart. I figured it was coming but thought we would draft his replacement this season and let him walk next year after his contract

I think we’d be fine with doing that except…you gotta figure Goedert is the one pushing things unhappy. That’s the issue with everybody realizing if they don’t get signed early…they’re most likely out. Want to say Goedert has no guaranteed money left on his deal also.

He has no guaranteed money left on his contract so HE is wanting a deal…just like HE wanted Ertz out. Seems really common spread knowledge we’re seeking a future fourth rounder for him. Been suggested even a 2027 fourth would do it.

Pats signed Milton 26m a year

Seems like we should have retained him for that price. Really right around what I thought he would command. Guess it might be because of the comp picks.

Wow...  that's gotta be our best comp pick for sure!   Might even be pick #97

Buddy you watch way too much reality tv or something you make everything sound so dramatic and TMZie.

It was obvious that Eryn was going to be gone when we drafted Geodart just like it was obvious that we were likely moving toward replacing Geodart.

Reub thinks they are just really high on Ringo

I’ve been really high on Ringo. But you can’t say they are higher on Ringo than Rodgers when…Rodgers was stepping in playing over Ringo,

Really high might be exaggeration…I like him…he’s decent. Fast. Can handle it. Only outside.

What we should want is an outside guy to come in and allow Coop to still play in the slot in nickel/dime sets

So I'll pull a Ham and read between the lines here... sounds like testing the market for a possible post June deal.

This way they can see who they may get in the draft... and get some cap space,  and wouldn't matter that we don't get a 2025 pick because the draft would already be finished.

Reub is saying it.  Im just repeating what he said on the radio this morning

Just makes obvious communication n sense. Goedert needed  Ertz out so he could thrive. Pretty simple. Just like now…we didn’t extend him…he realized he’s probably out…has no guaranteed money. You said yourself would make total sense for us to just keep him around for the final year. So going by your own logic …you get it’s coming from Goedert’s side.

Yeah before we had Rodgers I’ve had faith in Ringo. Can’t just ignore he never steeped up in the coaches eyes to take over though. Rodgers was out there…not just as a backup …but in Dime. Just pointing out the obvious decisions how they’ve played out by coaching decisions we’ve clearly witnessed.

It was obvious that we invested a 2nd round pick in Geodart and he was going to replace Ertz…. Just like it was obvious that oft injured Te on his final year that 30 year old we would likely be looking to move on from.

You can say the same things without needing to add the reality tv drama and the TMZ headlines zero need for it lol

At 7.5 for a quality known commodity on our D for our starting CB though….why wouldn’t you make that deal? He stated he wanted to reform and pours it here. Fangio turned to him first as the goo multiple versatile backup. So really only reasoning would involve the comp picks.

Wow Sam Darnold 3 year deal with Seattle close to 100m cheap for todays QBs but still little shocked he got that much

Yes …it was all the above. Is it TMZ to point out the obvious how much more Goedert would thrive and increase his value needing to push Ertz out? Pretty much just basic common sense stuff. Goedert wasn’t racking up the stats with Ertz here. He needed him out. Andy even like some well kept secret about that’s what was going on behind the scenes. Ertz is a good player…still is. Just good business sense from Goedert and his camp.

Just repeating Reub that's it... as you said about me and Goodell... you can take it up with Reub

Why would we be looking to move on from Goedert right now?
