Not at all

Ok…so all these statements you’ve responded with you haven’t made any even beginning to a case on your side. What examples ever do you have to back up Slot being equal to outside?

Dude... the Saints weren't going to pay him.

Again...who is the top paid slot CB?

Who is the top paid CB? Compare the two on how they play. Does the pay seem more related to them as players or the label of " slot" vs " outside"?

Dude…he was playing Slot in New Orleans. He directly was forcing the move to S…to earn the pay. Anybody who believes they can play a higher paying position well…is going to choose the higher paying job.

He threw when any D stacked the box giving favorable situations to throw.

Teams that could stop the run…like in the SB(more Saquan never playing in big games choking actually) what would be a good counter for that situation?

We were putting together a brand new O that was being created as we went along. The passing game was developing as we went along. But just because we didn’t pass…clearly didn’t mean we couldn’t. Key difference!

He threw less passes than Barkley had rushing attempts. The Eagles were ahead the whole game. KC had to focus on stopping the run. It absolutely slowed down their pass rush. Barkley also was elite level blocking that game vs the run blitz they were using. Hurts was barely pressured. If KC focuses on the pass rush, would have been idiotic being that Barkley ran more than Hurts threw.

The offense has its formula... Hurts passing less works...to perfection this past year!

Everything I’m talking about I don’t even see it as being debatable topics. Slot CBs aren’t valued nearly the same as Outside. Now I do believe this is an area that’s evolving. Even believe could really become completely opposite. But so far on the whole history of the league Slot has always been a lesser valued job.

The other basic fundamental football knowledge is that pass and rushing each can help the other.

Spread the D out with actual receiving targets. This I believe is much harder to defend. A D can’t disguise nearly as well. Real hard to rotate right before the snap also.

Who are the slot CBs....you never answer. Who are the players?

Players matter.

To suggest Dejean absolutely gets paid more if he moves outside is really ignorant. He will get paid on how he effects the game...not where he lines up.

Four Smitty WR on the field at once could actually make a better rushing attack. He doesn’t even attempt to block. But he’s dangerous. You can’t do anything but defend him. Preferably with a second defender S over the top. Opens up the inside so much more. Then comes down to can our Oline win their matchups.

So you’re making the point about the higher valued bigger names at CB are all outside! Well I see that as you proving my argument and case even more for me.

How did it slow down their pass rush most of the pass attempts? This is a bogus argument. I can see how this could have been the case. But it wasn’t. We kept running Barkley…but only gaining 2 yards. So we actually had to throw in bad down and distance situation most of the time.

Your QB then has to be strong reading more complicated coverages. Hurts thrives on the simple reads and throws. Keeping the ball away from the defense.

The offense has constantly proven that since 2021.

How can anybody believe the pass rush was slowed down…or the focus was diverted to Saquan on most of these passing downs of long yardage situations? I mean you are correct we kept handing the ball off. But it wasn’t ever working. So your own words state we stuck with the run. Kept running the ball the entire game for weak yardage.

Isaiah Rodgers ... Kelee Ringo ... Cooper Dejean.

Who do we think gets paid more. One of them plays slot.

Does that matter when comparing the 3 CBs?

Basically you have the beautiful Smitty TD. That you could say was a play they had to respect the run. But even then….you believe they double Smitty and AJ?

Actually it would make the reads all the easier. Spread out….how hard is it to figure out if the box is stacked? Or they are faking things?

The formula should be hot them where their weak. Pass D or Run D? Kill them whichever they choose.

What has been proven is Siri always chose the short term answers. He had Kelce …so he could skip teaching and relying on Hurts being developed on so much of that.

What did we exactly witness this last season? See I evidently saw plenty you missed. Kelce retired. We brought in a O mind that could coach/teach.

What was the biggest difference in our O this past season?

There can’t be a different answer than our leader running the O. Finally had our QB take over. Got the plays in earlier so he could actually look over the D for a change. Shocking for you evidently that such a simple fix could make such a huge difference. But should be very obvious. Then instead of being decades behind the rest of the league….Hurts got motion. Wow…motioning a player can actually help show what the D is up to because they have to adjust accordingly.

Hurts finally ran the O last season. Many of our key plays attributed directly to this fact. He audibled into a good counter for the D play.

Idk... maybe listen to the post game interviews from the KC side and all the analysts when they show the plays?

But I forget who I'm talking to....the person that knows more than everyone about football.

Can’t remember this second which game…but one game our three biggest plays that made all the difference were all confirmed by players and coaches as a Hurts audible.

Doesn’t take a genius to understand we had to pass on all those third and longs after sticking with Saquan never gaining any yardage.
