So 3 non trench picks right off the top of my head LOL

Jordan Davis super high pick. Carter…super high. Nolan first round. Jalyx third round. Milton third round. That’s three in the first round just along the Dline the two years before he completely went out of character one draft taking two DBs. Still right after the two DBs..took Edge.

Listen to any presser where Rosie talks about team building. He flat states his philosophy starts in the trenches. Credits AR.

Proud of Rosie for drafting DBs. All it took was us fielding the 31st ranked pass D the season before shaming him into it.

Happy Easter all!

Still was weighted towards the trenches. But Q and DeJean stuck way out ahead in their grades. Plus…it was Fangio that was choosing who to build his D with. Fangio has earned massive control over the D.

Fangio earned control over the D....except Dejean , who will tell Fangio to move him outside?

We were always .500 under AR. No need to give credit for that

The future always holds what never happened in the past. But most of the time….the past dictates everybodies mentality for the present.

Mentality … absolutely. But it is always wise to "consider the source.” Your mentality about DeJean’s future is a fancy of your own making. Perhaps you should listen to Vic Fangio before only relying on historical statistics. Further, Howie is the best evaluator of the value of players and has consistently rewarded value received with value/dollars given.

You already know Fangio completely understands. Maybe a compromise can be reached where he plays both. Think that’s hopefully the answer.

Outside in the Dime and inside in Nickle?

Especially if we bring in a S…you know?(hint hint)

Every TE coach and scout agreeing on loving Fannin…tells me we are just hoping he makes it to our second round pick.

MUCH MUCH MUCH better fit as he is a MUCH better blocker. Not close. If you want a pass guy Mason Taylor, but we have no use for a receiving TE who gets 3 targets per game(if that). We covet TE's that can block. No one cares what other scouts think, it matters what EAGLES scouts think. With Hurts(KISS) reduction in passing attempts that will stand out even more. If we took him over Ferguson(even Arroyo) I would be very disappointed. The MAC is a very weak league, not real hard to do well vs inferior competition. So provide me a link where the Eagles scouts rave about him. If we went to a pass happy offense throwing 40 times a game ,maybe, but that would be a complete 180 from what we have built

Inside in the Nickle ...inside in the dime. Outside in goal line or when they go 3-4 or 4-3... and only have 2 CBs.

The guy has value due to his versatility.

Again .he will get paid.. because he is on his way to being a top CB.
