What else does the guy need to do for you? Carried the team to the playoffs every single year:

At this point? Not a thing. He is very good as a game manager. I wouldn't change that, He makes the passes he needs to make, that's what counts

I’m new to this merry group, so I don’t know whether the above comment is serious or sarcastic. Can you fill me in?

That guy you can’t stop #HurtsHating is best Eagles ever had.

Please please please can we all agree to disagree about whether or not any of us are Hurts haters or Hurts knobers or anywhere in between? It really doesn’t matter what we think of Hurts. It is a team sport What matters is what the team does on the field. And what the team has done on the field has been superb.

IMO Hurts is a middle of the pack QB, possibly top 10-15 range. His success is based on 1)his 600 pound leg press lower body 2)the best supporting cast in the league. In Ham's view, he is a god to be worshipped. He carries this entire team all alone with very little help and I disagree with that assessment. He calls me "a hater" when I point out Hurts weaknesses. Further the offense is not capable of functioning without Hurts. Forget entirely the fact we put up 70 points using BACK UPS. That had to be luck completely since everyone under the sun knows Hurts is the whole offense

Ridiculous you have such low appreciation for our leader!

There is no bashing, it's reality. Any top QB would do well with this offense we have

We didn’t get a NFL O scheme until Moore

He’s rewriting what it takes to be a great QB

Yep great UNIT(all 11 of them)

I love how you think he is the only guy participating in the offense. He plays fine after we pulled him back. He is a good game manager for a RUN FIRST team. he was a cog with 10 others, He carried no one, they all did their jobs which is why we pay them

That’s what we need clearly. A leader focusing everybody on exactly that

Hurts could not handle it remember? That why Siri decided to pull him back during the bye week. It was magic after that

Right, now you're getting it. It's the supporting cast

Main one being AJ he got for us

I totally disagree. He’s our clear leader. Best franchise QB ever

Tush push and why that matters

I can’t even understand how you can’t love to root for Hurts. Just dedicated and works hard. Completely focused on the right things.

Who said I was not rooting for him other than YOU putting words in my mouth? Over the years Joe and I saw things that needed lots of work. As you said he put the work in and he looks much better. he was never a GOD and he never will be. The fact you were blind has no bearing on how I see things

IDK how he will cope now after he got MARRIED 🤣

He finally improved last year after we took the game out of his hands and went to 20-22 passes vs the 40 before the bye. He functions very well as a game manager. He is no Peyton Manning or Joe Young. He also got to play with the best supporting cast in the league. The fact he was not "on the run much" made controlling the game effortless. Keys to any game- impose your will, win your battles especially in the trenches. Ball control and no turnovers. Hurts(and the other 21 guys) did all of those things well last year

He’s improved every single year. Anything you doubted him on …he proved you wrong.

AH so you agree that over the years he needed improving, but when Joe or I pointed them out we were "haters" LOL. We both wanted Hurts to be better because it makes the TEAM better

So now, here we are, defending SB champs. Not easy to repeat. It will take a few guys stepping up. I see no reason we can't make another run at this. It will be tougher for sure. Still doable. Should be a fun year
