But with you being just so stat reliant…felt like expectation was exactly your belief. So long ago now….doesn't even matter. Enough points to win…whatever the case may be that game.Of course then you switch to perfectly happy to dial back the O minimizing the scoring this past season. Easily could have been throwing up that over 31 ppg in 2024.Hurts was tossing picks, it's difficult to get 20PPG when you turn it over 2-3 times
May 18, 20251 yr Author 6 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:Nope we went on a run the whole time after Siri gave up running the O to Steichen. Steichen was saddled with being forced to run Siris O doing it…but yeah 2-5…then run to make the playoffs. Just crushing it the whole next season. Then kept rolling as long as possible from Steichen until the wheels fell off in 2023 because there was no additions, self scouting or adjustments being made any longer.Right, so Moore wasn't here
May 18, 20251 yr Author 5 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:Nobody favors a stat reliance like you believing it so crucially defining. Pretty much coming from any other fan…I’d assume just misspoke meaning goal instead. But coming from you expectation and total belief in specific stat accomplishment corresponding directly to team success and achievement fit your thinking fairly flawlessly.LMAO yet you post stats when it fits your agenda, otherwise they don't matter. very juvenile. I posted the link with stats that showed Hurts did not "throw more than anyone" In fact he was 22nd. And that's all it takes to send you on some imaginary post marathon/ A) stats matter B) stats don't matter PICK ONE and stop hopping the fence back and forth
May 18, 20251 yr Author 5 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:Anyway…you misspoke…exactly the reasoning for me saying anything about it. Came off as you’d be disappointed anytime we didn’t score 31 points. Which I even pointed out was right at the top NFL team scoring average the previous season. Felt close to every other conversation on how we differ about what’s important concerning the Eagles. I specifically made the point about don’t stat chase. Which fittingly was fairly defining about our Super season in 2024.I didn't misspeak. The initial statement I made I posted and Matt agreed he understood, it wasn't my wording it was your usual lack of understanding and comprehension and desperation trying to pick apart a sentence to find one word you can argue about instead of asking for clarity, which I did numerous times, yet you ALWAYS go BACK to your original misunderstanding because you can't make any progress in your 1 track mind

Not comparable to football scoring where so many times victory is achieved not meeting your (now) stated goal. Wins and losses matter …they don’t give bonus credit for extra points beyond 1 over the opponent. In comparison they don’t give you credit for owing 3/4 of a Masters Degree. No real correlation other than I never had a problem with a goal of scoring a bunch. 2024 team goal should have been higher than 31 in fact. Potential was more.Right either you achieve your goal or you don't????? "My goal was achieved" or "I didn't achieve my goal" or "I gave up on my goal" this applies to masters degrees or football teams PPG's A goal is either achieved or it isn't. Makes no difference what the goal is

He already decorating his office conveniently located where the Sb site was located. Perfect cover for him to move along with his career. So Siri led us to 2 SB appearances?????
May 18, 20251 yr Author 5 hours ago, cunninghamtheman said:Sure…turn you misspeaking your point into being something I’m at fault for…somehow. Not even any big deal. The fact you recognize enough to clearly change it every time now to goal instead is clear proof you even judging you were wrong. Happens to everybody. I sure am not perfectly clear of getting my thoughts out plenty. If nothing else at times I have to take the long winded approach lacking precision and skill to be more concise. So if I said "I want our offense to score 31 PPG" that is NOT a goal???? Why does the word goal need to appear??? Yes, I put the word goal now so kindergartners can understand it (you)

Stripped of power at a low point to gain power from Rosie…hired because he couldn’t demand any earned power…years and years everything telling you Rosie clearly made the hire of Moore his interviewed most likely second choice as HC versus Siri. In fact…I believe the HC choice over Siri…head to head. Moore didn’t have Gannon along though. Siri wins the SB gaining a situation he can’t be recorded his hire….he promotes his right hand buddy Patullo. The guy he insisted stayed here so he wasn’t surrounded by enemy Moore coaches. Clear moment Siris choice: Patullo. No universe that guy chooses his exact main rival second favorited for his job by Rosie.Ring around the Rosie

But the fact we saw such a leap forward across the O with a single season hiring a decent qualified O mind…just won it all the exact season we got an O mind. Moore nothing totally brilliant. Just qualified. Not sure how we fail to reach the first SB that season either. I mean that was a dream like setup path for us. It really was just the Niners as our only obstacle that entire time.Hurts couldn't handle Moore's O, so we pulled him back to the KISS offense. It was a disastrous first 4 weeks, before the O line asked for the meeting, because they also were uncomfortable with Moore's scheme which took them away from what they do best and Siri listened. You just can't admit your god or the O line couldn't do what Moore's offense asked of them. We started to dominate when we made Hurts a game manager. I don't care if Hurts is a god or not, he doesn't need to be and Siri made it work, may have butted heads with Moore to pull it back (conjecture) Meanwhile who was watching and gathering info on what he saw? That would be Patullo and you fill to name anyone better who was available at the time. Just my conjecture and guesses, but there is zero way I will bash a man who hasn't been given a chance before his chances begin. Patullo is my OC, until he isn't

He isn't the "my way or the highway" HC like Chip was. He earned his respect, didn't DEMAND he be respected. Doing that is the fastest way to LOSE respect. We all understand, Ham does not. I respect that Siri can delegate responsibilities and recognize when an underling has ideas on a better way of doing things and allows them to do them without taking over. Siri walks softly and carries a BIG STICK with 2 SB appearances and what I hope is another this year(WAIT!!!! I need to insert the word GOAL here so Ham can understand). His game plan for "boxing" KC into "the Barkley box defense" was brilliant. Fangios secondary D was also a thing of beauty. I'm happy for Hurts also. He found his niche. He doesn't need to be superman. Howie gave him the tools and he finally used them instead of playing the hero. Everyone did their jobs and I hope that continues. Obviously Ham has no respect for Siri and as long as Siri keeps winning, Ham will have an outlet to hate, but there is no denying Siri is the winningest coach in franchise history and Howe has given this team the best players in franchise history. A few chinks in the armor maybe, but really can you name ONE unit we have that is weak overall?(maybe LB) but Howie may not be done getting players. Let's see who gets cut we can use

Not even been any attempts to disagree with it. Can only deflect elsewhere…than battle against the short term and long term correct answer.Your answer is all concept, but with no reality. Andy Reid matches your description in concept, but in reality he isn’t an option. Shannahan and Payton fit your description as well, but like Andy are not viable. After those three the list gets very short. Ben Johnson. After that you are in the Patullo tier.

The most challenging coach to acquire. Going to be defining of our success and ceiling each season. If we have to find a new face as OC every year we will have either been continuing to do most everything right and are being poached, or things have fallen apart like they did with Johnson steering the ship.
