In a 3-4 the 4 typically includes two ILBs and two OLBsThink I’m understanding your different way of looking at things to understand our differences surrounding this. That’s really just all going on with this discussion. We aren’t labeling modern D in the same ways.

C'mon now. Why do you have to sacrifice one for the other if you draft well every year?

June 1, 20251 yr You don’t have to…but you also could come up short by just a small bit too also. When things are lined up fairly optimally many teams have made the push going All In.
June 1, 20251 yr Like could have won the Lombardi last season without Ceedy Duce at S. Maybe. Was glad to added him to get it done though.

If the bye was week 11 that I wouldn’t call perfectly timed according to DeJean rookie timeline. How did you get all out there?LMAO the bye is the bye, has nothing to do with when players injuries heal. They play when they are ready not because of a bye week

Not sure what tangent you traveled all the way too there.

First seed and no postseason wins …certainly no Lombardi. I don’t look at things like you. Over and over just repeated how I hoped we just got far enough by the end. 9 wins earns a playoff spot would work if you have the test team at the end. Vikings tore our regular season win total? What did that mean? Not much…

You are combing all sorts of different things all jumbled together throughout this entire statement.

It's particularly effective against zone-blocking schemes and allows for a variety of pressure looks, including blitzes and "safe" pressuresInstant AI first answer to get you started here learning about our top D mind coach locked in for years.

June 1, 20251 yr The Eagles declined Bryce Huff's $15.58M fully guaranteed option bonus, which turned it into base salary. Philadelphia then turned $9.05M of that base salary into a signing bonus, which allows San Francisco to take on the remaining money

Not really a right or wrong. Just explained my five man front view was based on at the line of scrimmage to clarify.

Nickle CB kind of an exception since he can lineup in wide varieties.

June 1, 20251 yr Nolan is on the line of scrimmage most every time. Call it whatever you wish…just not Off Ball. But simple case of different views by us both on how we look at everything these days.
