And how many seconds away from being 4-1?

The details matter. A collision between Cam and Hurts, a kickoff return... two plays where the details should have been taken care of.

As fans... we want the retooling, the high picks. I'm not in that mode for next year. The 2028 draft is the one I will focus more on. If we draft 13 or 18 or 21 next year... whatever. But more importantly...let's actually hit on some picks.

Last year's first two picks I keep seeing get beat on defense. Campbell looks like he's never played football before. Brutal.

Maybe we need to go back to drafting linemen!

So far Lemon is not impressive. Stowers was AWOL even before his injury. Grennard-MEH

Ham should be thrilled his 9ers are 5-0

I had linemen as our fist 2 last draft.

I definitely didn't have WR and TE as our highest needs.

This is what I'm saying. If we can't step up we will be drafting in the signal digits this year.

In the 2nd half of games we have looked like a jv offence. Some of that has to be on the QB some the OC and Head coach. If we continue to struggle like this, with all of our draft capital coming up, I could see a complete reboot. New coaches and QB for the new regime.

Yeah, I can see a house cleaning also. I can't really fault today,I figured we'd lose in a blowout. That said despite the odds we had that game in the bag except for moronic coaching calls. As I said I didn;t get up until just before the 1/2. The 1/2 I did see was so horrible my eyes hurt. Just ridiculous after 6 years

We slopped out the first 2 with all our top guys too LOL

I'm hoping we can get back to focusing on winning.

Since the first Superbowl I think our fanbase has changed a lot. Focus too much on style points.

I think right now even you have to realize our team isn't so talented... right?

Certainly not as talented as the last 3 opponents. I think a win is a win should come back as the attitude. Really we ate just not good enough to think we should win by any dominating fashion.

Take Wicks for example.... nice player. Nothing special. Every team has one or two guys as good. Running backs are ok...Nothing like Barkley two years ago. Our OL... OK at best. We have one linebacker... safety play is well below average. CBs are good, but they can't cover everyone...plus we have seen they are human.

Our DL is nice and young... but they are out on the field too much.

I'm hoping the fanbase puts 2024 behind them... it's not close to the same team...injuries or not.

Have you been watching our line?

We need to go back to that foundation. But they are going to invest in QB as well

Oh I think we are very talented, except none of them are playing. They are all in the blue tent. Losing Lane hurt alot. Goedert is finally back but the skills positions will suffer with no O line. I mean we're on RB3 and 4 and the running game is our bread an butter

I'm in your camp now 2028. See since we have no one playing that we pay it's had to put any onus on Hurts. I was hoping to have all the talent we have PLAYING to showcase that QB was the weak link. We won the first 2 ugly, but we won, then the wheels came off and you can't point the finger at Hurts. Only so much you can do with the players we put on the field. Today was "loss by coaching" Just a terrible way to lose

You mean the team that leads the NFL in player games lost to injury?

Of course they don't have an idiot for a HC

5-0 is the only stat that matters. They won a tough game vs a good team we lost to a good team because we are stupid

I defended Siri all along, but no more. I had a table set up with "change my mind" and he DID. Can't fault them for not having every top star, but that's football and you learn to cope and Siri's decisions have been JV at best. As I always say, it doesn't bother me losing to a superior team(well winning is always better!!!) as long as we play smart and to our ability and I have seen very little of that. The D is ok, the offense stinks and I'm not blaming that on losing AJ. He was disgruntled for a reason and now it's exposed. When you have an unsuspected "Star" like Darius Cooper you need to GET THEM THE BALL

In the 5 minutes I was in the car listening to the post game show...

They brought up a decent point.

The players play hard for Sirianni. He hasn't lost them....even the 3rd string.

They made a second point that these type of things can easily be corrected. The game decisions. You fire a coach when he loses the team...but as a CEO coach, it's fair to ask..." what do you do anyway, you should be getting these game management details correct"

So that's where I'm at...I need to see more. Lurie always waits until it's obvious that the team isn't following the coach...took extra time with Andy...but Chip...gone..Doug, very likeable but he was gone too. Sirianni will be gone once it gets there. But for now, the 3rd string guys are busting their butt for him.

Ok...lets try this another route... do you honestly think our team stands out talent wise in this 32 team league?

Honestly...not with..." well I don't know the league much, but I know my team" outlook... I'm talking about you Honestly look around the league and see the talent and actually think ours stands out in any way?

Right, but for how long? Well the 3rds will always play hard because they are hungry for bigger deals, but I mean when you bust and have leads and score 3 points in 2 games in the last halves of each, you have a problem. Darius Cooper needs to get the ball in his hands and we are ignoring him just like we ignored AJ. The running game is so weak we can' play off that. I expected Goedert to have a big game, nope. We don'[t have the line to get them freed up either I guess. We're playing the bottom of our barrel linemen and it shows

The team that's doing well on both sides of the line of scrimmage and has a QB that is tough to rattle.

Idk how long...but I agree ...that's the thing that you look at when contemplating making a change.

We are not talented in relation to the rest of the league.

A bit of a rhetorical question because of the O line damage done with losing Lane and Jurgens which Jurgens was no real loss, but now Kendall is also out and we are down to ZIP. Barkley/Tank gone. If you want to go skill by skill I can. Overall we would have talent near the top IF we had an O line,so no way to tell actually

Yes they are

However i see a lot of people blaming the injuries for losing

SF is a prime example of this not being the case

I think we are, too many items to list. You don't like Wicks,I think he could be good if Hurts can look for him, which he doesn't.Lemon, nah, not ready for prime time. Cooper should be the slot and make Lemon take the job from him. Bark is a top RB, but we have no line to open holes. CB as good as most top teams, S is weak LB is meh. So it's hard to show any talent when you are losing the trench war

Was the clock running when Elliot kicked his FG?

If it was stopped who stopped it?

Purdy was Mr. Irrelevant. He showed them he is not. I played Daniels today for the wuss. Outstanding effort. Hurts still can't see the field. Even if your talent is weak it makes the good ones look horrible. A good QB will make average guys look elite. I dropped Hurts in every fantasy league last week

I think you are still in 2024 mode. This OL was not 2024 mode even with Lane and Jurgens etc.

No where NEAR the top of overall talent...not close.

Purdy is an excellent QB. Plays with poise and takes what is there. When he has to make a throw he does.
