He is still a FA,someone will pick him up

Somebody will pay him what he’s looking for…or closer to it anyway.

I thought he was at his best as an interior rusher at this point in his career

Sweat is now our best pass rusher. He’s solid player against the run also. Very underrated!

IDK though, the last 2 years(which you base Reddicks stats on) were all easy games. No real offensive lines or very few. We played vs beat up teams with major injuries on offense,so perhaps Reddicks numbers were overblown. At any rate we can forget about Reddick,he doesn't play here and that's not going to change

Yep all easy games …lord…this is the NFL we are talking about. You really just slapping the label easy game on everybody now.

But yes on to building our new D.

Yeah,I'm not going deep into the checkbook, but if he comes cheap I would pick him up. Need to be deep at pass rusher if you have plans to go to the big dance

Go back and view the NFL teams with the easiest schedules by year. We ranked near the top both years and this one isn't all that bad

Why we got something for him,Sweat would not have gotten us anything. Maybe someone saw the tank of gas running low?

Need to have quality at pass rusher to go far. But I don’t have any dreams of a major season at this point. Not unless we make a couple big moves still.

I was talking of your Ogbah

2022 we had a great seemingly destined setup…I agree. Not last season though.

I like the Dolphins, Niners, Bengals, Lions, Ravens, Browns….supporting casts plenty

OK so you assume we will lose to Cleve,Cincy and Baltimore, that's 3. I need 4 more losses. We usually split with Dullaz,so that's 4. Now we're down to 3 more we lose to

2022 the NFC was pretty weak for competition. Just a matter of beat Cowboys for division and beat Niners for SB…obvious before the season began.

Yeah,he's nor getting big money anymore,he knows it,but you have to play the game

Green Bay I’d say is equal to us. Week one is always such a crap shoot anyway. But can we beat the Falcons week two?

Yeah big money is out at this point I’d think obviously. But rumor is he’s been holding out waiting for injuries to up his value. Many ways a deal could be struck with him. But he probably would like decent money on a multi year contract…wouldn’t everybody though. Think he didn’t log very many snaps last season. Kind of signaling he wasn’t Fangio’s guy.

Should be a great game. I think it will be close, but I think Bark and Hurts running can win it for us,so I have that as a W. But a L would not shock me if Love can pick apart our secondary, which should be harder to do now

Yeah he only played 24% I believe. Still, there is value in giving your top guys a breather without totally giving that spot to someone who can't play during said breather. That's all I was suggesting

I'm putting our first loss at Raymond James. They figured Hurts out and can frustrate him all day. I just hope we aren't embarrassed again. So I have it 3-1 at the break. I'm not thrilled with the bye that early(and why I thought it good to grab Ogbah for the long haul stretch we face)

I just see most of this years schedule as toss up games. Can’t really see us as being clearly better than most anybody on our schedule(outside of division). Panthers we should clearly beat. That’s really it. Steelers look tough. Know the Browns will be tough. Bengals are lethal. Ravens are flat out superior. Rams, Packers and Jags are equal.

Saints and Falcons I can’t really say I’m confident to mark a win for us against. Clearly can’t just rubber stamp a victory against Bowles Bucs.

Hurts did beat the Bucs last season though remember.

Here's what I have as losses-Bucs,Bengals,Dullaz away,Rams,Ravens. I expect close games with......GB,Jags

Hurts needs to make fast reads and let the ball fly. Any indecision and we will lose that game. I get it's year 1 of a new offense, but he really needs to step up from being QB #11. I think he is better than that,he just needs to prove it. This is one of the best supporting casts in the league. Bark should run amok. I expect Gains to play and I want to see Shipley contribute in some way. if the secondary can lock it down, the pass rush will get there even without Reddick(and possibly that answers some of your issues). Howie may have given up Reddick, but he loaded the secondary. If Huff is 1/2 as good as some think he is,he will get it done

I just see the whole schedule as very challenging each week.
