I've always viewed Jenkins as a double-edge sword.  Made the defense better close to the line of scrimmage, but made it much worse over the top.

A little overrated imo 

I don't think the Eagles possibly could have addressed the need for speed at receiver more than they did. Drafted 3 guys with 4.3 speed and just claimed a receiving back. Not sure what else anyone could have expected them to do.

Sure it's possible. Banking on none of those guys to make an impact this year seems silly though. What else would you have wanted them to do this off-season to address the issue?
