I'll just do top 16 NFL QBs; 17-32 aren't really relevant IMO. Hopefully I don't forget anyone:

  1. Mahomes

  2. Stafford

  3. Burrow

  4. Allen

  5. Goff

  6. Dak

  7. Herbert

  8. Mayfield

  9. Lamar Jackson

  10. Daniels

  11. Hurts

  12. Purdy

  13. Maye

  14. Lawrence

  15. Nix

  16. Caleb Williams

I'd have Nix ahead of Lawrence and Maye. Probably even Purdy

Also will Mayfield continue to play at a high level without Evans?

Reading through the article and noticing some of the reasoning for the rankings. It's interesting that they include impressive rushing stats for Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson, and note that Dak should use more running to add a dimension. Some folks here hate including rushing stats for QBs. Another one is noting how coaching matters, giving credit to coaching for improving Josh Allen and expecting more from Herbert now that he has a better OC. Coaching matters.

The intangibles of clutch and showing up in big games and how he's performed in both Super Bowls put Hurts in the top 10 in my opinion. He's made the playoffs every year he's been a starter with different OCs, two of those OC's fans hated and wanted fired during the season because they were so bad.

I mainly just went with all the white QBs that have given HE a chub over the past few years, and threw in Jeff Garcia because he's so fiery

Skippy isn't going to like these rankings with Stafford that high up the list.

Looks like the league executives, coaches & scouts are not as enamored with Hurts as the fan boys on this message board. 17 is a little low, but I would take the entire top 10 over Hurts without a second thought.

I think Hurts is close though, 10 - 12 IMO. 17 is too low.

Even Goff? Yuck

If they are looking at film for the 2025 season to mainly to determine the list, he should be lucky he is not in the late 20's

I don't care what he is ranking- just win, baby.

Jordan Love is a mobile Jared Goff with worse accuracy.

That’s disrespectful to Goff…Goff can actually read a defense.

Hats off to Hurts for his SB performances and the runs to them…but the other 3 years he’s been dog ish in the playoffs. He’s this era’s Eli. A good enough QB, who’s going to have people on both extremes arguing.

The SB and SB MVP covers up a lot. He’s arguably regressed each of the past 3 seasons. Based on last year tape, 17 it’s the extreme but i understand the ranking, though it’s nothing…a tier list tells more. He’s in that B tier of 8/10-20. There’s a bunch of projection in there too, Hurts has more than likely hit his ceiling. Which is why I’m baffled that Dak is so high…we knew his ceiling 5 seasons ago.

Winning is cool and all but I’d love to go back to the 2022 style of winning. We’ve had 3 years where the team has had to scrape and claw to beat bad teams for the most part. Outside of week 11 and on from 24 that is. I’m sick of the blood pressure issues.

I get it. Me too, actually. My hope is the new OC- I hope he lives up to the hype that surrounds him and it free's up Hurts more.

Aaron Donald worked out at the facility to "see how he feels" how in the world can the Rams afford it cap wise if he comes out of retirement? Because it's looking likely at this point because they think they have an automatic title just with Garrett

Eh. He’s now 35 and has been out of football for two years. I’m sure he can still be effective in a limited role, but I seriously doubt he’s going to be a transformative player.

Two weeks until TC.

Yay! Two more weeks of Hurts sucks! No, he doesn't! Followed by 60 more years of the the same until we're all dead.

And BLG's daily "he sucks" memos. ESP and BLG, my two favorite TC rituals.

I can't wait for the why isn't Carter practicing and why this means he's being traded to Cleveland. Or in the latter parts of TC, AJ Brown didn't say hello to player X or coach Y, and here is why we think they fell out clickbait articles.
