Music video gif. From the video for "Dancing on the Ceiling", Lionel Richie leans into frame and raises his eyebrows as he asks us: Text, "Say what."

Well, he did get carried to another super bowl but correct in saying he would not be close to that level again.

All the credit to the #1 defense and Saqoun Barkley. Hurts would not be back in a super bowl if not for them.

You're starting to resemble an Anti-Hurts bot.

That would be awesome if Mitchell were able to get those picks but I'm happy that he's a shutdown corner

And the irony would be, if it happened in the African country Neeger. You'd have a niggle battle in Neeger. Not something you'd say when drunk

Actually, I think thats the only time it would slip out.

Wonder if they move or delay the World Cup final on Sunday if this smoke is still around by then

AJ Brown is not on the Eagles.

They lost when they took Gordon out. They were only up 1-0 at that point and that sub meant they were going into a shell. What England di dwas the equivalent of an NFL team up 14-0 in the middle of the third quarter and just running the ball up the middle the rest of the game.

I equated it to punting on first down every time they got possession. They were that allergic to attempting anything that might actually move the ball forward in a controlled fashion.

Sorry about the game. Thought they had it. Tough way to lose. And hard to support Argentina when they play so dirty. Spain plays very good defense but largely clean. There were a lot of fouls yesterday and many on purpose. We are big Premier League fans too so will be watching.

England always plays dirty. It's the Premier League style. Messi was fouled in, what? - the second minute? Argentina was prepared for that and made their own statement.

Fair, but the results were based on his performance with the Eagles. He hasn't done anything in New England yet.

If you watched the game, you saw the difference, right from the start, as well as two professional fouls later where they grabbed the guy (never looked at the ball) and threw him to the ground to stop a fast break (and got a yellow each time). #8 did foul Messi hard on purpose about halfway through but that was to tell Argentina to stop the antics which they did somewhat. Only saw some of the WC games but only team worse than Argentina was Paraguay which should be ashamed for their performance against France. Uncalled for. Bad for the sport and certainly a reason why many don't like Argentina, including South Americans. They know as we learned in Miami.

Hurts is firmly 12-15, he's an average QB who is capable of elevating his game. His best 3 games are the two super bowls and the NFCCG against Washington. However, he's also played horribly in 3 first round exits.

These days, no one is game planning for him like they were in 2022, his legs are shot and his arm is average.

His legs are not shot. He was effective as a runner in 2024. He just didn't run the ball in 2025. Part of that is on him but there were also bigger issues on the oline and with the scheme.

Argentina is a physical team. They have been all tournament. I think that's pretty consistent with their past teams. They are not quite as dirty as Paraguay but they have been aggressive. I think England had to up their physicality to match Argentina.

A yellow is automatic when trying stop a break and the player is ahead of you. Nothing dirty about it. Think of it as pass interference when a DB is beat.

The Premier League style is very rough. You play England, you have to be ready for it. There’s a comment Jack Reacher makes in almost every book: get your retaliation in first. Argentina just served notice is all. Also, there’s political animus as well between the two countries.
