EMB Blog: 2026 Regular Season (Part 1)

If you hate on a player - especially players that give their all and win - for things like mental health or family being a priority then you need to check your own priorities. When you are working your job and get a call that a close loved one is in the hospital what are you doing?

Most EMB posters are playing around on a football discussion forum while on the clock working and then judge athletes. LMAO.

And if a sports team losing a game makes you "miserable" and ruins your week then get some perspective, go outside in nature, go do some charity work, spend time with family, it's not worth being miserable or being hateful toward human beings on what is supposedly your favorite team. Criticism is one thing but some of you post like these guys killed your dog or something.

I’ll be turning 60 years old in just over a month and my sister sent a family text a few days ago asking if anyone knew if our childhood home was still standing. I’ve thought about going back to see i

Wrong. He's a dick because he doesn't want to play a child's game anymore for my entertainment!! I demand an explanation and a refund!

My favorite is how he keeps using the word "empathetic" as an insult towards the rest of us. Very normal behavior.

You’ve clearly never been an old man in a young man’s game. 13 Jan 2023 I sat down with my boss to set the foundation for some projects and new directions with my section, and go over the promotion stuff he had spent weeks organizing for me. After a long weekend I woke up on 17 Jan, went to put my uniform on and it hit me. Was back in his office that morning to tell him I was gonna retire. You’ll know when you know. Others physical well being is dependent on him, if the fire is gone, the fire is gone. crap comments like this are a perfect example of why suicide rates amongst men are the way they are. I guess my career is tarnished too? The f you going on about?

I don't know what rambling BS point you thought you were making, but like I said turning out a lot of empathetic little wimps. I will say I'm old enough to remember Shawn Andrews getting bashed on the old forum when he pulled similar BS. What a difference a few decades makes.

It's sports. Not bailing on the D Day invasion to save the world from the NSDAPs. His most important commitment is to his family and his well being.

Ever think that instead of us being coddles, you're just an a-hole?

No I think the puss....cation of men like you is probably just a fact of life these days.

Forever thankful that we got this foundation

Didn't you hear? The true way to be a man and have a just society is to force people to suffer. That's really what life is all about!

Bookmark this conversation, in case you ever wake up one day wondering why your family doesn't talk to you anymore.

what about MY mental health?!?!?!

If you’re over the age of 8 and have an issue with his decision, seek help.

Point is pretty clear…sorry you’re just a sad little kid who tied his emotional well being to the success of a football team so much that you can’t even comprehend the basics of life.

Your mental health is going to be cured by a top 10 pick and sixers…. Maybe the sixers… ok probably worse by the Sixers

Ok little girl. Go back to the dolls. But before you do who are you a fan of? It's Philly. Most of us tie our emotions into the teams. How triggered some of you became by me saying dick move still HOF is astounding.

The vibes are yet again immaculate for the team with the HC whose only apparent quality is being a vibes guy.

When the ego of the head coach makes the all-time great position coach quit, this is what you get.

Mailata is way more positive than i could ever be. Then again Philly sports gives me some good moments but a lot more of beating me down lol

Imo i think if his parents health declined more he’s gone anyway. But part of me wonders if stoutland being gone didn’t also contribute to pushing him closer to retiring this offseason along with the other family matters

Fred Johnson or the rookie?

Lane is a Mt. Rushmore player for this franchise. I put him in over Kelce if there’s a debate between the two.

I got curious lol
