Isn't it kind of unfair to decide to throw at an organizational level while also putting that on the coach and firing him? Just a thought. I feel like if I was an owner I'd need to pick one or the other, especially with the NFC East looking like its returned to its NFC Least form.

Just to make sure he knew it was Superficial Vein Thrombosis and not DVT, since DVT is quite a bit more serious to say the least...No - I just said blood clot. Did say they let him play with it, now shutting him down because it moved. No chance they let him play with DVT.

Like Ojomo and woolen are gone at the end of the year so get value for them.

It's a known risk.

Thursday at 06:04 PM2 days Hate thinking this way but if there was a QB that they liked in the draft you could rebuild around him quickly with a bad year and IF you hit on the picks in 28.Let that qb sit for a year behind Jalen and then get your lineman or whatever else you need in the 1st and 2nd round of 28

Thursday at 06:04 PM2 days They will be SUPER cautious with this. If he has to go on blood thinners, then his season is likely over. If the clot resolves itself in a few weeks, let's see what the team's record is. The concerning part seems to be that it moved - if it were to go to the lungs, that's a pulmonary embolism. If the decision is made, since it showed movement, that the clot must be cleared up before he can play again, then...I'm guessing blood thinners and he's done for the season.

They are not that dangerous, aren’t life-threatening.He says sometimes they go away on their own or with medicine. Not dangerous like deep vein clots [\quote]John Clark’s take

A lot of doctors face lawsuits some justified and some not. And there's always hospital politics involved as well. He's currently a practicing doctor in California. All I care about is whether he is good at evaluating sports injuries and he's the best at that.

But since the organization is going to take a TON of crap for letting him play in London (deserved or not), they are going to be overly cautious now. No chance he's back until the clot is resolved, IMO.

I'd rather them do that vs waiting 2 years after Riq and the others leave.
