I can't defend everything Trump did but I know that I don't care what the man tweeted either.  As a middle class American, the important things to me are pretty simple.  Let me take home as much as my salary as possible.  Keep America first in policies you push.  Keep America safe with the best interests in our country.  Trump was able to look at things such as the UN where the United States was pretty much there to fund the organization and saw we aren't footing the bill anymore.

I'm also struggling to find one good thing that Biden has done in his short time.  The great uniter seems to be doing the complete opposite.   He lies the same if not more than Trump, just the media doesn't fact check every word he says like they did for Trump.  He very well could have settle the Georgia election debacle but still on a national stage lied about polling times continually calling it worse than Jim Crow.  

I really would like to hear a Biden supporter tell me one thing he's done that benefits you and me.  

I also think that us Republicans and Democrats are closer to the middle than led to believe but again, it goes back to the media trying to divide us.  It's really sad to see.  Just like my Eagles fandom, I try to have an open mind and look at big picture things when it comes to our political landscape and it's just hard to do right now.

Cable TV isn't news, but Fox is far worse than MSNBC and CNN when it comes to "alternative facts." Which is why Fox is embroiled in billion dollar lawsuits.

Newspapers are pretty solid, ignore the editorial pages (which are opinion) and the news isn't much different between the Washington Post, NYT and the WSJ. That's because the people who read elite newspapers want real news b/c they make big money decisions off that news. So slant the news, and lose your readership.

What is America First? Destroy alliances that have benefited us for 50 years? Trade deals that reduce wealth on both sides (trade isn't a zero sum game)?

How do you keep America safe? Piss off people you need cooperation from to identify and neutralize threats before they reach our soil? Encouraging far right terrorists?

The UN has no power, little influence, its value is behind the scenes where diplomats can talk off the record and keep the lines of communication open. It's a nothing burger.

The stimulus package will provide a safety net that benefits most Americans and kick start the economy, if you're in the top 10% in income, go F---k off, you're not America. You've done just fine while the rest of the country suffered. So stop whining. Accelerating COVID vaccinations will speed the recovery and return to normalcy.

The Republican party is now so far from the middle from an historical perspective it's ridiculous, Ronald Reagan would be thrown out of this Republican party, so would both Bushes and most Republican Senators since WWII.

It's not " Between" socialism or anarchy it's that history has shown, limited history at that mind you, that in the presence of anarchy humans tend to move toward as you say collective society.

Collectivism while yes is the refuge of the weak and fearful it also allows for survival, arguing other wise would be arguing against millions of years of hominid evolution.

No one came from nothing, everyone is the product of everyone else and those that came before us and we're all connected including our environment.
