As soon as I saw "Trade” on the Giants emblem immediately after the Eagles pick I knew that was CHI trading up for one of the two QBs still on the board — it was definitely an option for Howie that didn’t require a ton of foresight.

Turds would have taken Parsons at #10, Giants Smith at #11, and Eagles to #20 and pocket another 1st.  At #20 maybe they take Stokes, Farley, or Bateman?

Time will tell how it all shakes out.

Yeah, I was sort of surprised by that pick.  Most scouting sites have Toney as a slot receiver at the NFL level.

Rather just draft someone like creed Humphrey and keep seumalo at guard tbh. I love creed and think he’s going to be a stud in the nfl at center. Added bonus you get the need creed in the city that created Rocky

I think paye would’ve been in consideration at 20 as well.

Not sure the eagles do it if the report is true teams are waiting on a medical concern with him.

But don't trade out of a player you want. I might be more tempted to take multiple picks for Ertz, say instead of a 4th, a 5th, 6th and 7th.

I think teams that have loaded rosters will be looking to make consolidation trades on the third day, and that's a chance to pick up more lottery tickets.

 

You people are way over valuing day 3 picks. They rarely ever amount to any quality players.  The chances of that will be much lower this year

My dream scenario coming into this draft was a QB slides and the Eagles trade back and pick up another first and go into next year with FOUR first rounders. So I'm torn on this because there is a huge gap between Smith and anybody there at 20. But another first is A LOT. And I think the Bears are going to be mediocre to bad next year. 

Football Team - Davis was a solid pick and should make some plays behind that D line.  He was rising up the boards.

Giants- they have a lot of WRs and picking Toney seemed like a panic move.  I really thought they should've went edge rusher with this pick.  Maybe Sheppard is available now?  Alot of pressure on Jones now.

Cowboys - Parsons could be a great player, but also could be a great headache.  If Zeke was a linebacker, he would be Parsons.  This guy's college recruitment was strange.  He would post spoilers every week and seemed to be toying with Penn St.  Came across as a real attention wh@re.  Not really sure if he grew out of that, but going to Dallas won't help him.

Yet he couldnt catch any of those passes. He is a body catcher which is not a good trait to have in the NFL.
