Pretty sure Fulgham will be on the 53-man and Grimes will be on the practice squad -- but if Fulgham is unable to show any of what he had briefly during last season in training camp it wouldn't shock me if Grimes beat him out for a roster spot.

I honestly think the only 2 roster locks at WR are Smith and Reagor.  The rest can battle it out.  From what Siriani said, there aren't "set" WR positions and he's going to utilize the players to what they do best.

I think Ward is in serious danger of losing his spot because he really doesn't excel at any one thing.  Yes, he's reliable and a great story but if you can upgrade and have another reliable player who offers more you have to keep the better player.

Watkins and Fulgham are the most intriguing.  Watkins TD against the Cardinals was a special play and if that's who he can be then he has a bright future.  If Fulgham can be 75% of what he was during that 5 week stretch then he's a keeper.

Hightower seems to be one dimensional but he's working with Hurts which is a good sign.

JJAW just needs a change of scenery IMO.  He will never get the DK sized monkey off his back.  Fresh start is best for him.

Grimes is intriguing but he looks like a thick 6-4 225 player.  His frame looks like he could add 15 lbs. and be a move tight end.  He doesn't have quickness and the very short rookie camp highlights he looked like a plodder.  Maybe he can take on a Trey Burton role.

Jhamon Ausbon is built very similar to JJAW.  He's a tough WR.

Smith, Reagor, Fulgham, Watkins, Hightower could be the 5 WR and Grimes could be kept on as WR6/TE3.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Only way I can think of to verify someone is send the number to one of the sports writers or contact the teams social media pages. Who would think they’d need to though

That’s just messed up

Not seeing smoker, I’d fajita it. The only beef I smoke is brisket and a psuedo pastrami using a pre-brined corned beef flat. Hearing beef cheek is the bomb though

Eye of round make the best thin beef jerky but thicker jerky, flank steak is a great choice.  I really smoke it but low and slow so it has that smokehouse jerky taste to it.  I have used flank steak for fajitas but my preference is skirt steak.  That’s real fajitas because it used to be a real cheap cut of meat as was flank steak. I grilled up some fajitas on Cinco de Mayo, an obscure victory over French occupiers of Mexico that the Mexican people don’t really celebrate but we Norte Americanos have adopted as an excuse to eat Tex Mex and drink margaritas.  Me, I grew up in Texas, so I don’t need an excuse.

I got suspended for two weeks after that game. Was so pissed.

Didn't realize Grimes, out of his 38 catches this year at Florida, had 9 TDs.  Would be nice for the Eagles to come across a gem.  We're due.

Kelvin Benjamin was a freshman at Florida State the last time Tim Tebow played in an NFL game. I’m sure you can see the difference.

Ehh we'll disagree here.   The Tebow TE signing is 99% not going to work out but when you look big picture I see no issues. Urban Myer is a rookie NFL head coach and I'm sure the thought in having a player like Tebow, who he knows very well, is that he's as a positive influence and leader for the younger players.

When a new coach, especially from the college ranks starts in the NFL, he wants to build his culture.  We saw it first hand with Chip and all of the Ducks he brought in.  Again, the likelihood that Tebow makes the team and actually contributes as a TE is very low.  But Myer is building his team and probably wants guys who know his ways.

People love to hate Tebow and I don't get it.  He's done nothing but work hard, lead teams and do what he can to be a winner.  He just doesn't have an NFL QB skillset which is why I'm not sure why he didn't try this earlier.  Had he transitioned to TE or even long snapper earlier he'd probably have a solid NFL career going.  His other big downfall is he's a devout Christian which is practically frowned upon in today's society.

Benjamin on the other hand, had very good WR talent and ELITE size for the position but the complaint with him back to FSU was that he was lazy and didn't work hard.  He was a bad influence and poison with his work ethic.  The only reason he's being tried at TE is that he's been lazy enough to build a TE body.

Give me a guy with Tebow's work ethic 10/10 times over a guy like Benjamin.

Tebow will be 34 this season. It’s a publicity stunt. That’s why people have issue with it.

Eagles should bring him in for a tryout.

It might generate some good PR for a change.

All the people crying that day we should have drafted him lol he got half his TDs for the season that game because schwartz didn't do a damn thing to adjust.

I know he's been terrible since his great rookie year and SB52 performance but this just doesn't look right to me.  He's an all-time Eagle IMO even if it was just one year as a role player.

Have way more confidence in Benjamin making the transition to TE than any of the Eagles projects. Massive frame, can absolutely carry the weight unlike Butler or (hypothetically) JJAW.

See my above post.  Benjamin is a lazy, unmotivated player.  I'm much happier having Tyree Jackson.  If Jackson can be half of what Logan Thomas has been for Washington that's a win.

I'm a Notre Dame Fan, so I knew what he could do, so it was a little bittersweet. I remember a big part of the problem was Gerry was so absolutely horrible that day. Seemed so out of place and confused. I believe that last TD that Big Ben audibled too was because he saw Gerry lined up on a WR. I could be wrong on that last part though, I'm going off of memory.

Falcons should have let him stay for the tryout.

If you completely took out the game against us, he would've had 763 yards and 6 TDs receiving as a rookie which not only would've led our team, but you'd also need to go back to 2018 to find a WR (Jeffery) that had that kind of production.

He's a good player.

He isn't bad but people in here were acting like he was the second coming of Megatron. In reality, if he had been drafted here he would've been nothing. Same with Jefferson.

Yes they do.  Maybe I'm wrong but I thought usually teams contact a player thru their agent?

He got a third of his touchdowns that day, but yeah continue with your false narrative

Ah I see you were one of the ones. Calm down Nancy I forgot the rushing touchdowns. Like it makes it any better that 1/3rd of a guy's production came in one game against us. Lmao false narrative. Some of you guys kill me

Lol It will help balance out the PR storm if Howie gets Watson.

Can somebody link me the Twitter chart of teams facing other teams after extra time off that shows the eagles as #1?
