How are those $105 buckets of chlorine tabs going? At least thats what we are being gouged here in sw fl.  They were $45 in January, and pretty much right around that for several years.... Pool company wanted to raise my monthly service from $70 to $115... I told them to pound sand and started doing it myself.

Chlorine plant burns during hurricane so there is a shortage.  Law of supply and demand.  Capitalism at its purest.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Just wonder: these recent FO moves are paving the way of Howie's departure?

There were several FO additions, some came with league reputation, in the past that did not manage to unseat Howie.  Lurie is the key person who has the power to fire or protect Howie.  So far, he rather keeps Howie around.

I thought it was idiots taking chlorine tablets to prevent COVID-19.

We'll have to put Afan on suicide watch.

No problem with promoting a woman. I just hope this is not another trick the Eagles are doing to get in the lime light. Like being the first NFL team to have a male cheerleader. Well now they have 3.Some things just don;t belong. Go figure we started going downhill once they went that direction. Hopefully Catherine breaks that voodoo put on us and pleases the football gods once again.

If he's saying he wasn't notified then I would guess that he expected to be notified by the team

I can’t tell you how many times I sat in a mediation where the injured party was angry at my corporate client and my insurer employer for never reaching out when they had been represented from before we could have.  Again, I don’t know what the rules of agent representation are but it is possible that the cannot contact the player directly on business matters.  It is also possible that the nature of the negotiations are not conducive to notifying the player until further in the process.

Note, his mom told him, not the press, not his agent, not the team.  His mom is pretty well connected. Florio should hire her.

I thought Bryce's username was something like 354720......  Can't recall the rest

I did realise a few weeks back how many people who more around the Eagles and NFL got a start on the old EMB.

The old EMB was so, so good.

It was.  The biggest compliment it can get was seeing some people in the media crib regularly from it for stories, etc.

That’s embarrassing. Sorry Bacarty

The first baseman should’ve just ran and touched first. I’m so confused on why he got himself into a rundown

Right? And there was 2 outs! He literally steps off the bag for no reason to try to tag him. That's like tee-ball level awareness.

Must have been talking to the Phillies for defensive tips

What the Sixers fan did with the popcorn was stupid, we can all agree with that.  I don't think I've ever witnessed a bigger overreaction however.  Seeing some in the media call it "disgusting" and "inexcusable" is beyond ridiculous.  The guy was either A. drunk B. a moron or C. both.  It was popcorn.  There are mascots that smash full-sized birthday cakes in fans faces, cover fans heads with entire cans of silly string and our own beloved Philly Phanatic is known to dump what appears to be 20 lbs of popcorn on unsuspecting fans during games.

We all know he shouldn't have dumped the popcorn but my lord.

I’m actually surprised the spitting on Trae young didn’t blow up more than it did considering what we just went through over the last year plus

It’s because it’s Philly. A Philly fan dumping popcorn on someone will get more bad press than a fan in another city stabbing someone

The Knicks are the darling of the NBA right now

Also, don't Bills fans throw sex toys on to the field and everyone laughs?

Yup. How often do you hear about the father/son that ran on the field and randomly beat the first base coach half to death way back when? But snowballs is going strong decades later.

He's been banned as well. Surprised he didn't get charges filed as well. Or maybe that'll happen sometime soon

I’m not.  ESPN and the rest of the media see Philly and they freaking pounce.  Ever heard about the snowballs and Santa?

Doesn't help that westbrooke seems to be a lightening rod for this kind of stuff as well.

Get someone as volatile as westbrooke paired with how the media portrays Phillie sports and boom goes the dynamite!
